Went to rent a unit didn't like the previous place I was at staff was very helpful with the process and letting me know everything felt very secure and felt like they actually listened to what I needed

I’ve actually never had a storage unit (it was a locker actually), but if I ever needed one again I’d more than likely come back to Extra Space. I never worried about my things in the locker since it’s all climate controlled inside and the locker is extremely secure. The monthly rate was also WAY more affordable than any other place I could find around this area.

I actually like y'all worker jashon she can keep things smooth and way less complicated than needed and she has the energy to break important information down that I might not understand and is willingly answering questions as needed as well

I was straight lied to. I spoke with the man on the phone and I was spacifically said this facility has 24 access. It does not. I wa told that just to get the sale. Pathetic
