Mover beware! The truck arrived without all the materials to hang the partition and move the rafter columns. Then after the driver installed the low quality partition and it later collapsed resulting in damage to our property, the company refused to cover these damages and refers us to the insurance, which likewise refused to cover the damages. So we are out with very damaged furniture and the company refuses to do anything about it despite that it was their flimsy partitions fault, resulting on the other freight slamming into our stuff (causing the damage).

I have used Estes Sure Move on multiple occasions, used to help a relative relocate, I used many times as myself and they are a legit, honest company that cares for their customers and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is need or a move or transport. The huge benefit is the size of the trailer compared to the largest U-haul and the price compared to driving, paying gas, tolls etc. It's all included with Estes and much larger space, oh, and you only pay for the space you use!!!! Use less, pay less, use more pay for just amount used... They give 3 days to load it and then 3 days to unload, include a ramp as well so you just rent moving blankets from your local U-haul and if needed can hire labor to help as well for load and unload (or some family or friends, I just provide nice meal, drinks and music ??). The drivers were courteous and professional. The trucks arrived when requested. The company stayed in close communication. Overall it was a great experience using Estes SureMove to relocate from PA to AZ.

From start to finish we received great customer service (John and Mike to name a few) always kind and very helpful! Hopefully I don’t move this far again but if I do I would use them again! It was also a great value for us!

Estres brought a sense of calm to a hectic out of state move.The delivery and pick up drivers were helpful and the office team was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer question.I don't think you can best the value and simplicity of using Estes for your move!

We did a lot of research when considering which company to use for our out of state move, and Estes Sure Move was certainly the most economical. The rep we worked with was very responsive and professional. The only reason I did not give it a 5th star is because when we arrived to Phoenix we were told they had tried to contact me to drop our trailer, but I didn't answer because I was in flight. So, there was some calling back and forth to locate my trailer at the terminal and get it to my property. But, they did get it delivered on that day nonetheless.

Estes was even more than I expected!!!! The moving trailer arrived exactly when they said it would. The trailer was clean, the driver was professional and funny. They picked up the trailer when they stated it would be. The trailer arrived a day earlier than it was guaranteed and all of my belongings were intact. All of my telephone conversations with office staff were concise and very very professional! I would recommend Estes for anyone thinking of moving!!!

Estes Suremove gave us the best price for our move. They provided a truck within 2 days of our quote, the truck was on time and picked up the same day. They delivered our furniture without any damage within 4 days of loading, some 800+ miles away. The drivers were all very friendly and one of them even measured out our 12 foot space in the truck for us. We couldn't have asked for a better mover! Thanks so much for great service!

A great experience with everything from setting up account, leaving trailer, picking up trailer on both ends. I worked with John on the phone and he was terrific. Answered the phone, and gave me feedback and answers every time. Would highly recommend.
