American Pacific Mortgage company, like all such mortgage companies, is beset with layer upon layer of bureaucracy. Due to my limited experience with such companies I cannot speak to how they rate among their peers. What I can attest to is that Eric Kinneman was a Godsend in helping us through the layers. At every stage of our homebuying experience he went out of his way to ensure that we understood what we were doing and the reason for it. He even cheerfully responded to me when I called on a weekend and caught him at his son's soccer game. If you are thinking of buying a property your first call should be to Eric Kinneman. You won't regret it.
