My boyfriend and I in April started searching for apartments in Phoenix. I wanted a safe, comfortable, and nice feeling apartment complex and we have found it in Elevation on Central! We looked at a couple apartments but this one just felt right immediately. Aaron at the leasing office met us for a tour and was so kind and informative. He showed us a place that was available later but was exactly what we were looking for. He made the whole application process so easy and nice! Overall, Aaron made the process of moving less stressful and more fun! We loved the layout and all the amazing amenities. It felts safe inside and outside the complex and felt like a great community. We moved in on June 5th and we have loved every minute of living here. Clean, comfortable, and amazing staff. We have had no problems here at all and are so happy to live here. So many places are close by to shop and eat and feels safe in the surrounding area as well. I will update this review in a couple months if anything changes but I feel that I won’t have to!
3 MONTH UPDATE!!!
We are so happy we chose Elevation! It’s been the best apartment complex I have lived in. Great community and staff! Maintenance comes in a timely manner and amenities are so nice!! Love being close to the downtown area and easy drive to surrounding cities. Neighbors are respectful, even with the pool you can barely hear anything even though we are right next to it. Overall we plan on staying here for a while! So happy to find a place we love living at finally!

I recently moved to Phoenix from out of state and had a weekend to tour and pick a place to live. From my first interactions with Aaron at Elevation on Central, he was very helpful in understanding my apartment wants, the moving constraints and the timeline. After moving in, I am very pleased with the apartment, the complex and the community. I can see myself living here for years to come.

Since I fist called to inquired I already knew this would be my home. Aaron totally nailed the tour and we immediately said yes to the apartment even though it was the first we had seen. He is kind, honest and genuinely cares about this community and its residents. You can tell that he puts everyone’s needs on his priority. The amenities are incredible on its own but it’s the human aspect of the administration that makes this place feel like home. I couldn’t be happier with our decision of moving to Elevation and want to thank Aaron for going above and beyond!

The moving experience was amazing, the way that Aaron Williams took care of us during the process made everything seem easy and worry less. This has been by far the best moving experience I had in my life and it is in a huge way thanks to everything Aaron Williams did for us during the process, I always will be grateful.

I recently moved into Elevation this past month and everything from coming to tour the place to move in to living here has been great! Aaron in the leasing office was so helpful and made the application and move in process so easy and simple!! He even helped me get the exact layout I wanted! Very rarely do you hear good things about apartment complex’s and the good reviews are what drew me in to come tour the place and i’m very glad I did! Great amenities too and in my opinion a GREAT price for the location!!

My husband and I have been so glad we chose elevation! Aaron in the leasing office is such a wonderful and pleasant person and was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us. They keep this place up and respond promptly to maintenance requests and overall it is just a nice place to be. I have lived in many nice apartments before and I am beyond impressed at how they keep this place. At many places there are messes from pets and here they keep up on everything! I highly recommend.

This has been the easiest move of my life thanks to Aaron! I was able to close on my new apartment and was provided exceptional service throughout my whole experience. Aaron was curious, cared, and answered every one of my questions. I am now happily living and apart of this great community! Highly recommend for anyone moving to the midtown/uptown area. Clean, comfortable, convenient living.

From the moment I met Aaron, I immediately felt welcomed and knew I found my new home! I brought my parents in with me, and we all were blown away by the tour Aaron gave us. He has gone above and beyond since day one, and continues to be super helpful and thoughtful throughout my move in process. He’s very quick to respond, and always makes sure everything is going smoothly. I appreciate everything he has done, and I’m so excited to be living in such a wonderful apartment.

We have only been here a short time but so far everything has been great. We checked out A LOT of apartments in Central Phoenix before making a choice and I have to say Aaron was a huge reason we chose Elevation. He was so kind and attentive and knew all residents by name when we encountered them during our tour. It really solidified the feeling that the staff here cares about their residents and their needs.

Just moved in and am loving this place, the gym, pool, and recreation areas are always clean and quiet. The parking garage feels safe. And Aaron at the front desk was incredibly helpful at every step of the move in and even took it upon himself to submit a work order for random small things he noticed during the move in.

Had an appointment on 03/10/24 at 11:15am and walked in the Guy was sitting in his office looked at us and kept on talking to a person couldn’t even acknowledge us and say I will be right with you. We wait 10 mins past our appointment time and I waived at the guy goodbye. Must not want to rent to us. It’s a shame because another man outside was coming in to take a look at the property as well no one would buzz him in I told him not to bother no one helped us and we had an appointment the guy said well tells you what kind of place it is.

This was the easiest move-in experience I've had. Aaron was great and very helpful and communicative during the entire process from start to finish. The building is still right in the city but has a nice suburban feel to it. Thank you, Aaron!
