I brought in a 90s vintage ford audio unit that probably wasn’t worth fixing, everything worked accept the display. After a little haggling, we agreed on a price ant they were able to repair it on the spot. I’m very pleased that I was able to avoid an aftermarket audio unit that wouldn’t work with all my cars features. I will definitely be using their services again.

Igor fixed my Honeywell alarm panel accessory that you can’t buy anymore! I really appreciate it! Price was high, but well worth it to me as I needed this item to work! The USB connection broke off the logic board. He replaced it with a new USB connector and all is working! THANK YOU IGOR!

Make an appointment. There’s a reason why Igor and Chris are so busy it’s because they are excellent at what they do. The shop looks like a movie set. Don’t be fooled by what appears to be disarray….. they just have no shortage of repair projects. While I worried he would quote me a week or more just to get in line, Igor got my little project done in an hour and fixed it better and more bomber than when it was new. It was a light up festival jacket. While he told me he has much larger projects for big companies he still made me feel like my jacket lights repair was important to fix well and correctly for years to come. Speedy excellent service. Will definitely return when I have electronic repairs. Glad I found ERC.

Very rude, unprofessional & abrasive attitude; towards my wife none the less. Price WAY TOO HIGH. Price quoted to de solder and replace chip (have replacement chip) cost as more than whole device that chip is part of. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Don't waste your time

Igor was more than happy to fix a resistor on a board I brought in. I showed him the burnt one and he did the repair right then and there and even showed me where to buy a new board at a much better price than I found on Sears. Thank you Igor!

Igor and Chris repaired my vintage (1986) Yamaha M-60 Amp and C-60 Preamp.They did a great job trouble shooting and replacing weak caps and resistors that brought both back to amazing performance.Their friendly service, timely repair and reasonable pricing makes them a go-to repair shop for vintage stereos in Phoenix.I highly recommend ERC. I took my vintage Akai amplifier to Igor for repair after blowing one of the amps due to my own negligence.Igor took on the project which had many road blocks. He could no longer source capacitors made in Japan. He was able to source capacitors that were made in China and like many products from China they were junk. Each effort resulted in the failure of the Chinese capacitors. After about 2 years, we thought we finally had the amp repaired. But the day I went to pick it up, it failed. I had already paid the bill and had no desire to get my money back as I wanted the amp repaired for sentimental reasons. Igor finally bought a replacement amp on eBay. It was cosmetically inferior to mine but it worked. Igor went to work swapping out my damaged internal components with those from the eBay donor and everything worked perfectly!!This overall process took 3 and half years to complete but I was determined to get this amp repaired and Igor was equally determined to fix it. As for the eBay purchase, he paid for that out of his own pocket!!One side note to this successful repair is that he was finally able to source some used, made in Japan capacitors that he will use to repair the donor amp. He’ll be able to resell that amp and hopefully recoup the money spent on it!

Igor I believe is his name, is a really nice guy. I took a projector from church that supposedly was faulty and he took the time to check it in front of me, nothing was wrong with it. He didn’t try to take advantage of anything. Really nice guy. I would definitely consider them for anything that they can help me with in the future

When ordering a replacement circuit board is not an option for a 30 year old machine, I called ERC for help. After speaking with Igor, I shipped him my board from Utah. He was able to work his magic, and fix my screw-up. Rest assured, he is an expert. Thank you, sir !
