We took our son’s switch in for a repair. We had to leave out of town. They fixed it quickly before we left town with no issues. They had great customer service. They prices are very fair. Will use them again.

Great place. The people are so nice, friendly and competent. Wasn't sure my jukebox could be repaired but they proved me wrong. I highly recommend ERC for electronic repair. They're very respectful, knowledgeable and honest and their prices are reasonable. Thank you for exceeding my expectation.

The earpiece speaker wasn't working. One of the two tiny copper wires broke off the speaker. ERC microsoldered it back on. Didn't know if that would fix it. IT FIXED IT! Works like new. And it didn't cost me an arm and leg. THANKS ERC!Gary P.

Paid twice for screen repair and both times they put the wrong screen that would not allow me to answer phone calls. Took the phone back multiple times and was promised to have the right screen installed after waiting 2 weeks while the ordered the right one free of charge since twice I was charged for the wrong one. Well after all the hassle and arguing with them they didn't keep their word and they wanted me to again for the third time pay for a new screen..Not going to and will not recommend this place and will not return...Very bad experience.

I payed $15 for supposedly a private screen protector but when my screen is on and I checked if it really worked you can literally see everything I’m onI DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
