I recently brought my car in for detailing, expecting a top-notch job given the good reviews I'd seen. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The attention to detail just wasn't there--streaks were left on the windows, and several spots on the interior that should have been thoroughly cleaned were overlooked. It was disappointing, especially considering how much I value having my car properly cared for. That said, I do want to acknowledge the staff. They were incredibly kind and understanding when I brought up my concerns. They immediately offered to correct the mistakes, which I really appreciated. It's clear that they care about their customers and want to make things right. However, despite their efforts, I've come away feeling like I'd rather pay a bit more upfront to ensure the job is done correctly the first time. Having to go back to have things redone is frustrating, and I wish the quality had been there from the start. I hope this feedback helps improve future services, but I'll likely look elsewhere next time.

Everyone here is friendly, good vibes. Josh really makes you feel welcomed. I had to bring my daughter one time they took the time to get her snacks, something to draw onI really love the fact that they remember me and what I like, I know my car is in great hands when I come here. They make sure you leave satisfied, and it’s not just for your first time because I come at least once a month & each time the take the time to walk you around the car and make sure you’re happy. Definitely recommend 10000/10As long as they’re around i will definitely continue to do business with them. Thank you Josh and the whole team. ????❤️

I love these guys! Ashton and Matthew came out and detailed our model 3 which we are about to sell. The communicated very well, we're on time, very professional and did excellent work! We will definitely be using them again and we would highly recommend them to anybody that wants their car detailed.

Josh and his team were very helpful. Got the overspray off of my windows. This is the 2nd vehicle they worked on for me. Great service and done quickly. I will be going back to them for detail service again. Highly recommend them.

Very quick in getting to my house and exceptional cleaning/detailing of the car. In addition both guys detailing were car guys so easy discussion. Will do hands down again with Effortless.

Effortless employees are courteous, kind, and conscientious. The inclusion of a follow up seat cleaning was unexpected and they did a better job than two previous providers. I recommend them and will use them again.

This is not a 5 star company. I'd give them 3 stars at best for their mobile services. It doesn't seem like they have the proper equipment to actually shampoo seats and suck the dirt out. I think the guy who did the interior did the best he could do with what he had to work with... As for the guy that did the exterior, he had major lack of attention to detail. A lot of the outside of the car had dirt left on it, like dust storm dirt. You could rub it with your finger and it would have wiped it off. Paid $100 extra for the exterior to get cleaned, I shouldn't have done that. Should have just had the interior cleaned and then paid $10 at a carwash and it would have solved my exterior dirty problems. Just saying...And friend who did the interior of my car, if you reading this, get you another partner to help you clean, because that dude had one job... He did not put in no effort that, he was definitely effortless, he did not want to be there, he was on his phone and everything...I did get a response from the manager, he offered to send another crew out to touch up "when we have availability!"Nah, that's alright friend, thank you for cleaning my vehicle but I don't have two years to wait until you become "available." Besides, I had a 1:30 appointment right? Service suppose to take 2 and a half hours right? The guys arrived early at 12:30pm to work, they left at 3pm, there's no reason why they couldn't stay until 4pm to finish right? I even pointed out that the vehicle was still dirty before they left.I dunno, if I was the manager, I would have to get on the phone with my people and be like, "No no! You get your @$$ back over there and you finish the job and get me my 5 star review, because you got 45 minutes left!" Because quality (pride in your work) gets you repeat business...

UPDATE 02/18/24 We just had another vehicle serviced and the work was once again outstanding. This will be our 4th appointment and we could not be happier. The technicians were professional, friendly, and performed exceptional work! We’ll continue to use Effortless Mobile Auto Services for all of our vehicles and would HIGHLY recommend the company! 10 Stars across the board!!We had both our vehicles detailed and they did a phenomenal job! Service was fast, friendly, and professional, we couldn’t be happier. Will absolutely be obtaining services again in the future and would highly recommend! 10 Stars across the board!

I had Effortless come out yesterday. Decent job but the steamer was not functioning properly. I felt strongly my car could be much cleaner with the steamer. Josh arranged for Ashton and Michael to come out and do a touch up with a steamer that worked. These guys were great, my car looks great, and I appreciate Josh working to make his customers happy.
