It's a real mix up of stuff here. The staff member I spoke to was very nice but I noticed they overcharged me. The price on the shelf says $8 and they charged me $17 for 2. A lot of items are not priced so shop at your own risk, the price you're quoted will simply be whatever that staff member feels at that moment. That being said, they have a lot of stuff, so if you don't mind sorting through a lot of used and sometimes dirty stuff, you could probably get some good deals.

I called to confirm pickup of an item i had purchased on their website - I was told the item had already been sold to someone else. Very disappointed. I was told I was sent a cancellation email but I never received one.

Great prices and great communication. They even had one of their staff help me load the equipment into my truck and ask if I needed some cardboard or padding to keep from damaging the interior of my vehicle. Very nice staff, highly recommended. Thank you!

Used Restaurant Equipment at very reasonable prices. An abundance of stock in and out the store. Very helpful & knowledgeable team members. I love this place like it's my Ross! I highly recommend everyone in all walks of life to go by & browse. You will be amazed!

I found out the day before our charity event that we didn't have knives for our 100 guests! We had already spent the catering budget and was in an absolute panic. Amazon, Walmart, Restaurant Depot all would have cost well over $100 to upwards of $200! Stressed we found EEL in a Google search and decided to give it our last shot before informing the charity we would need more money to pull off the event. Holy cow! That last stop was magical!! Estrella greeted me, saw I was in a panic and overwhelmed. I AM NOT IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS. She calmed me, showed me the best options for my budget and helped me SAVE money! Incredible customer service and in and out in 10 mins! Will definitely recommend!

I came by twice one looking for an ice machine & second for a 3 component sink, disappointed both times. The items are not labeled easily some are so dirty and the prices are only slightly less expensive than buying them new... it just didn't make sense to me also a $250 delivery fee seems excessive.

We own Bak&Jo Plantbased Bakery and Coffee Shop. We bought a couple items from EEL and I normally do not write comments but I felt this place deserves recognition for their excellent customer service as that is a very rare thing to have these days. Lily is the coordinator and she is very polite and extremely patient and Julian the Technician provided detailed explanation of the issue we had and what he did to resolve it. I would highly recommend using this place to buy any used equipment as they also provide warranty free of charge.

Great products and friendly people! We worked with ***** and her team for 4+ years and have purchased many pieces of equipment for our restaurant. Top notch business, all-around! We have purchased numerous Commercial Refrigerators and restaurant equipment/supplies from EEL. Staff is friendly and prices are fairMost recently, we purchased a Walk-In cooler box from them. Delivery and installation was completed in 1 day.
