Not the same place. It’s not Mitch’s anymore and was not told that on the phone. Just came in for an oil change it took longer than necessary so they can do an “inspection”. The report is digital so that was nice and it includes pictures so it doesn’t feel like they are making stuff up. That’s why the 4 stars. But it was more like a jiffy lube experience. I really feel like there should be an opt out option. I don’t ask my doctor to give me a full check up (head to hole) when I go in for a cough.

Still an excellent shop, year after year. They are efficient, professional, and possess integrity that, frankly, is almost unheard of in the industry (in this city, at least).

Really nice and easy to work with. Had an oil change done. Have some minor electrical issues with my car provided me with name and number of a guy that he thought could help. Also price was better than other places

Love this place! Good work, good, service, good prices! My daughter scraped a pole in my old car and got yellow paint on the bumper. I took the car for an oil change and when I picked it up they told me to check out the bumper. They had removed the paint even though I never even pointed it out! Been going here for 10 years!

Mitch's Econolube has done all the work on my 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe throughout the 12 years I have owned the vehicle. Everything from brakes and oil changes to a water pump and a new steering rack. They were recommended by a good friend AND his father. Their work is great and not too expensive. Recently, I had a tough power steering leak that we just couldn't chase down over a couple of visits. Mitch took personal interest in the issue and finally fixed the leak for good. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks again, Mitch, Steve, Josh and all their guys...

I....I....think I truly trust this mechanic? It feels weird to say it but it's true. Mitch got me. I'm automotive-ly illiterate and loathe to spend money on my car so I truly dread going to the mechanic. I had squealing brakes for a while and had gone to another mechanic who told me my brake pads were very low and my rotors were rusted so I'd need to replace the lot for like grand. I obviously let this news hang over me for a couple months before I finally decided to bite the bullet and get them fixed. Thankfully my brother recommended I try this place first. Come to find out my brakes are fine for now and I should check back in a year. Plus, Mitch gave me some tips for the squealing. The folks here are honest and upfront. It's a customer over cash flow kind of place that is sadly rare these days. I couldn't be more grateful for their prompt and honest assessment and will be using them for all my auto needs moving forward.

I have been taking my vehicles there for years because they do amazing work and have always been completely honest. I decided to write a review today though because of how they just treated my daughter. Her check engine light was on and there was some unusual vibration. She has an extended drive train warranty on her certified preowned. Previously they had fixed a broken engine mount for her, which of course would not have been covered by her warranty. Thinking it might be a similar problem she took it in. They diagnosed the vehicle with a bad piston and told her the warranty would cover her at the dealer and didn't charge her a cent.THAT is customer service. THAT is honesty. And those are reasons that even though I moved 15 miles away from them (used to like down the street) I will ALWAYS take my vehicles there.
