Nathan and Melo helped me secure a vehicle with a challenging credit history. They both stayed after the dealerships closing time to ensure I was ready to pickup the vehicle next day. Their hardwork has really made an impact on my life and I look forward to having my vehicle serviced at this location. The staff is really dedicated to their work and go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied.

I purchased a used SUV from Ken Garff Kia on 12/30/23 and received excellent customer service. Jordan did an excellent job making sure I was a happy customer. Will communicated with me throughout the process, and Sean made sure my loan payments were affordable. I would recommend my family and friends to go there for their next auto purchase.

I’m really confused… I have a “lemon” & went to Ken Garff to see what they could do. I thought Carlos was really awesome. We negotiated terms (we had discussed monthly payments and new rates, etc) and left the meeting with him saying he would find the car I wanted, in any color, then reach out to me so we can finalize it. He never reached out to me. I was so excited to get a new car, but he never called me back.. so I decided to hire an attorney and go the “lemon law” route. Well I have my settlement money & was thinking of trading in my car for the new one I wanted, but not here. On top of it, I left my brand new Stanley cup at the office and it mysteriously disappeared. What the heck? If I can’t trust you with a freaking cup, how am I supposed to trust you in negotiating a deal. I’m so disappointed. And give me back my Stanley ?

Madelyn Creer, an advisor at Ken Garff Kia, was an amazing employee. She was very helpful and professional. This morning when I brought my car in for an oil change, she happily explained the services I would need while also listening to the concerns I had regarding my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the expeditious services my vehicle received at this showroom, as it was efficiently addressed within an hour. For this, I recommend owners of KIA/Hyundai who live in Phoenix to service their vehicles at Ken Garff KIA Phoenix.

Zero stars! The manager Nathan is an awful person with no regard to what you want or need and was trying to push me into a sale I didn't want. Found a car I did like asked them to run numbers which they wouldn't until I came in only for him to yet again try to push for a sale I didn't want. They have no regard to what you actually want. Stay far away if you can!

Had a horrible experience with this dealership. Brought my car in to fix the air conditioning only. I get a call saying, there’s no point on fixing the air conditioning if the check engine light is on. This was before the summer. May. Ok. I say fix it, paid 1900, didn’t get my air fixed because that fix went way over my budget. I get my car back, check engine light came on less than 100 miles later. I look under the hood, the covers to everything is not replaced. My car was not in good care. I bring it back in, they say the check engine light is on from an underlining issue, not what I originally paid for. I tell them forget it, I’ll come back & get my car. They did not work on it. They bring my car back around, and now the windshield is cracked, from the top to the bottom. But they didn’t work on my car! Why is my windshield cracked! They did not fix it or help get it fixed. Do not go to this dealership if you want professional care for your car! They will only make matters worse! The people I worked with was Derrick (employee) & Jason (manager).

Dealership refuses to assist with recall repairs. Service department blames Kia for not wanting to pay. Management does not contact me to resolve. Unprofessional, dishonest salesmen make false promises. My salesman is the son of the general manager and their other son works with manager Carlos as well. Buyer beware!

I like my car, I picked it out online. The buying process was easy. The problem is they forced me to buy a service contract. Said if I didn’t my price would increase. The second issue is my car was supposed to be certified but they only gave me one key fob. I tried to stop in to find out why and they never called me back. Also sold me the car with only 21 miles of gas left in the tank. I couldn’t even make it home without having to stop, I could have ran out on my way home! My sales person told me he would fill my tank for me if I brought it in. He was aware the tank had been empty and told me he had asked the service department to fill the tank. When I did go in to do this they couldn’t because the gas pumps were closed. They told me they would call me and never did. I also received a very low trade in amount that they would not budge on. Way below what Kelly blue book valued. (My trade had two key fobs and in excellent condition)

Stay away! Especially from Adrian in service … I’m currently dealing with a burning smell from my car. I came back to the shop cuz they had worked on it prior and when they did they let me leave with not a drop of coolant in my system, after doing motor work . I ended up braking down within minutes on the highway and they came and got it. They called me to tell me car is “fixed” so I picked up. Next day my water pump started leaking. It’s been a couple months since they did motor work and now I have a burning smell. I went to take it back in to get checked just to make sure all is good but instead I got disrespected and 0 customer service by Adrian the service writer who instead of saying let us check it out make sure it’s not on our end since they messed up MULTIPLE times leaving me stranded. To well I don’t see A problem with it 5 seconds of me showing up and having a bad attitude. Also ignoring me to go help another customer who had pulled in after me . Dude is trash Now I’m taking to another shop to get there opinion cuz I don’t trust kia bell with there work or anything they say.. save ya headache and stay away from Adrian and this so called “shop”. If your reading this kia and I find out it was your guys fault. Plan on being contacted

Great service, I had Kevin Blachowski as our sales consultant. He was super receptive to what I wanted and any concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable which was helpful since I'm a first time buyer and made the process quick and easy!

Don't trust them they tried to scam us after 4 hours of waiting they told us a used car that they had the mileage and the price different on the car we went to see. Said it was 22k miles it was at 40k. The price was 2k more. Then they added $4k onto the price for protections. Then said the bank had to add another $4k

I want to start off by saying my sales person Jordan was very nice and respectful and this review in no way reflects his professionalism and courtesy. However, while trying to negotiate on the price tag of a vehicle, along with some other numbers, I’m assuming one of the finance managers, by the name of Chuck, came into the room, and was very polite at first. As soon as he returned to the room, and as I was still trying to negotiate, this not being my first time buying a car and as anybody with common sense would… He began to escalate the tone in his voice and told me “I don’t know who educated you on this“ and “you’re not understanding“ those statements, along with the tone of his voice left a very degrading feeling, I simply gathered my keys and told him thank him for his time and walked out. As I was exiting the show room, I could hear him, mumbling something along the lines of “wasting his time“Maybe he was having a bad day, but take it out on somebody else, all because I tried to negotiate what everyone knows is marked up, it felt like he was expecting me to pay sticker and the moment I tried to negotiate more than just the “first pencil” round, he became visibly agitated. Hopefully this review will help somebody, because if you don’t have a credit score that is in their top tier, they aren’t willing to work for you. He came back the second time and took off fees that are already erroneous anyways acting like it was doing me a favor. I’m sure people have wonderful experiences purchasing a car here, as my sales person, as mentioned earlier was very nice and upfront. After my experience this evening, I will make sure to tell any and everyone that is in the market for a car, to go to a different Kia dealership. I feel embarrassed and like I was spoken to as a child. Not a good look, Kia.
