I went to another collision center I won’t name and they drug their feet. I called Dynasty and I immediately felt like this was my place and I was right. Zach and the guys at Dynasty repaired the damage and had me on my way. Anyone who is dealing with Insurance Companies will understand the frustration and lack of communication, Zach stepped up and changed all that, his communication was spot on and that made a huge impact for me. I highly recommend Dynasty Collision.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Dynasty Collision! Their entire team was so helpful, communicative, and speedy with some really bad damage my Honda had. Peter went above and beyond helping me navigate the challenges of my first car accident. Without hesitation I would see him and Zach again if ever I have another. They were in frequent communication with me and worked hard to meet my deadline to return my car when I needed it. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at dynasty! I had a lot of questions because the reviews were mixed. They answered all my questions and had a positive attitude towards my apprehension. They had a in house rental ready to go so I didn’t need to go somewhere else and it was nice a 2022 equinox. I got my car back in perfect shape & I had an overall seamless experience.

My first time dealing with any kind of Bodyshop specially going through the AT FAULTS insurance’s. This place made my repairs to my vehicle so flawless and effortless I had to leave a review…. Most importantly customer service from day 1 I had contact with them was the best I’ve had dealing with any kind of car department in general…They are so professional and straight business..???? The Work is perfect! I’m so glad I made the decision to take my vehicle to dynasty auto collision ? Forgot to mention they deal with the insurance all the way until ready for pick up.. ??Communication is EXCELLENT….. Thank you Tyler and the rest of the staff..GREAT WORK!!????

I have been going here for about 3 years now and have always had a great experience. The latest was my 2013 Toyota Sienna that ended up being totaled. Yesenia, Zach and Peter have had my back always getting repairs done right, quickly and with little to morning it off my pocket.
In the case of this last vehicle, they got the insurance company to give me over $10,000 for a van with over 220,000 miles on it. I'm forever grateful to them for all the help and service over the years!!!! Unfortunately, I'm sure I'll be back but at least I know I'll be well taken care of when I'm there.

Tyler and Peter ?? thank you. Although dynasty did not end up repairing my car (because progressive is extra) they towed my car kept it and assured me I wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. Very professional group of people willing to go above and beyond for their clients. If my car does end up going back to a repair shop it will definitely be dynasty!!!

My car sat in this shop for 12 days with zero communication about what was going on between my insurance and this shop. Regardless of the fact that my insurance decided to mark my car as a total loss for only cosmetic damage, there was zero communication between this shop and me from May 23rd until June 4th when I had reached out to agree on a pick up date. I understand that it was the insurance that decided on the next steps, however I was also your customer and a heads up would have been respectable. It’s not fair for me to think my car was getting fixed when it was just sitting there and multiple of these employees had my number. I will not be doing business here any longer. Also, you are referencing my vehicle in another 1 star review you received and couldn’t even get my name right. My name is Karina, not Karen.
