Worked with Kaitlyn from the Dunn Edwards store at 3410 Bell Road on revising paint palettes for our entire HOA. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending new colors and changes that I expect will delight our community. Thanks Kaitlyn for all your hard work and dedication for making this happen. The color combinations are so tasteful and superior to what's currently offered. Great job to Kaitlyn and the support folks at Dunn Edwards!!!

Absolutely fantastic service... I came in early Saturday morning, in the middle of a remodel, when I realized that I had chosen a color that I wasn't happy with. These guys are on top of it. They directed me to the right color and paint. Every single employee was top notch.

So whoever's above Paul please realize he is one of your company's heart and soul and please take care of that man cuz he takes care of all of your customers.

Very helpful employees. Went to this location to buy paint in bulk and had a very nice experience. Tod took very good care of me and helped me find everything I needed. He even gave me a free t-shirt! Would definitely recommend.

This place has the best customer service. I don't buy near as much as the pro's - but they always treat me great. Paul is a real asset.The store is always immaculate and it's a pleasure to work with them.

I purchased paint for an HOA and, in my ignorance, got correct colors but wrong type. The store was amazing and actually switched it out for me.While returning a partial bucket, the lid was loose and about 2 gallons of paint spilled onto my back seat of car. Thanks to "PAUL THE AMAZING", he rushed to my rescue with a bucket of water, rags and advice. This man was so kind and helpful that he needs to be recognized. Thanks to him, my car seat is still gray rather than Dunn Edwards brown. I love the guys at this store. Very far above and beyond! Although politically incorrect, sometimes old ladies don't belong alone in paint stores. LOL

Honestly probably the worst paint store I've been too. No one helped me. Too busy on the phone. Most of the approved paint colors for my house are missing. I will be going to home depot or Lowes.
