My comments regarding Felicia mirror those of Barb Davison's. Also, I was limited on paint choices for the exterior of my home due to an HOA so I had no idea which way to go. Felicia suggested paint colors based on my preferences and sent me renderings which made all the difference. She is most definitely an asset to Dunn-Edwards!

Felicia did an outstanding job in helping us to choose colors for the exterior of our home. She was extremely kind, patient an answered all the questions that we had. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to paint their house.
She represents Dunn Edwards very well!
I also hired Helana Weinstein to help us choose colors for the inside of our house from the Camelback Store. She did an exemplary job in helping us choose a main color and also accent colors for our 4 bedroom house.
I felt so overwhelmed before we hired her with all the hundreds of possible colors that were available. She immediately calmed me down and simplified the process for me. She knew just the right colors to put together. A few times it was difficult to come to an agreement with my husband and I about which colors to choose. She is very skilled in negotiation strategies and helped us come to an agreement. She was very patient, understanding and kind. We just had the painting done and we could not be happier with the color choices!!!!
I HIGHLY recommend Helana to anyone who is looking for a color consultant for their home. If I could give her 5 stars, I would!!

I needed a metal-adhesive paint to cover a few spots on a door frame. I went in for one that would match a color I bought from this location a few days earlier and was told this was a bad idea and I needed a metal primer. Now I’m in the middle of a miserable project stripping paint off an almost entirely painted door frame! I just needed a few spots filled! I wish I had stuck to my guns.

If you need to paint your house, you will be able to get exactly what you need here. The paint is high quality, although not cheap, and the service is quick. You can wait while they mix your paint. If you are not right behind a contractor with a huge paint order, you should be in and out in less than 30 minutes.Parking can be tricky as there are only about 10 spots.

I came to this store on Nov 4, 2023 while driving home from a business meeting on the Westside. When I was looking at the color chips, a female employee came and asked if I need help selecting a color. I believe her name was Olivia. I said I was only looking to touch up my RV ceiling that got damaged by water leaking into the hole where the AC was just removed. I asked for "sample jar". Olivia showed me a very small tin and said it cost $5.99. A gallon may cost over $20 for the same paint which the tin only comes in the sheen the next one up from flat.Then after coming to this DE, I went to Sherwin Wms which is another block east on same street. SW had many more color choices in the color that could be a match, than DE. AND SW had a sample jar that was 1 quart for $10. A LOT larger size for not much more, than the Dunn Edwards little tin. I like that 1 quart "sample" better. But my 5 stars is for the lady Olivia who came to help me at this Dunn Edwards store and answer all my questions. No one approached to help me at Sherwin Williams, but solo employee was busy helping customers at the counter. He said he would answer my questions as soon as me run up the customer before me.

The paint is great and so are the employees. Olivia G. helped me when I first came in. I needed paint to match the color of my wall and she mixed it for me. She was also extremely helpful when I came back in to get more paint. I couldn't remember the name of the color mix and she found it for me. I was so glad. Thank you for having such nice and knowledgeable employees. I'll be back.

A paint store that doesn’t stock paint. 2nd time I’ve gone in there and they can’t mix what I need because they’re out of whatever it is they need and then they can’t specify when if ever, they’ll get it in. Clueless. Whoever runs this location. Clueless

I was helped by Ivan but the folks at the Camelback Dunn-Edward are very personable and efficient. They make you feel comfortable with you color choices and make the whole process enjoyable.

Went there this morning. The 2 female employees at the counter were awful. Weren't really trying to help me and were trying not to laugh at me. Don't look down a customer when they just want some help. I gave you the information that I know and looked at me like I stupid. So took my business elsewhere there is a Sherwin Williams next door.
