Dose was a smooth process from start to finish. From the outset, they were responsive, provided a reliable quote, and sent an appropriate team and equipment.
The movers themselves (Johnny, Adam, and Steven) were polite, friendly, efficient, and kept a positive attitude--even on a 100+ degree summer day in Phoenix. They worked hard to make our move quick and keep our furniture safe, and they went the extra mile to be personable.
Moving is never a fun experience, but Dose absolutely did their part to make it as good as it ever might be.

Had a seamless, on time move from our storage facility to our new home today. The team was Steven, Brandon and Kevin. All were professional, polite, strong and treated our belongings like it were theirs. ????

My family had an excellent experience with our local move from Norterra to Arcadia with Dose. Carrie, our move coordinator, was immensely helpful in breaking down our various options and costs as we planned the move. She was extremely responsive and flexible as we had to make changes to our move-out/-in dates and arrange for storing our things overnight. The crew that packed, loaded, and unloaded our things (Amarie / Deshawn / Jade / Kevin / Greg) was fantastic - they took great care in handling all of our things, asked questions rather than making assumptions, and were extremely courteous throughout the process. And there were no surprises in the final cost, with everything thoroughly documented and detailed, along with a guided overview before we paid.
I would highly recommend Dose for any local PHX moves. Moving is never an easy or fun process, but Dose did their part to make it as pleasant and smooth as possible. I have done four full home moves in the past decade, and this was by far the best experience I have had.

I am a single woman and had a big move after accumulating way too many belongings over the years. I contacted DOSE moving and received a quote very quickly from Carrie who was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked me as many questions as she could in order to give me the most accurate quote possible. The day of the move, a large truck and four men came to work and the move indeed took longer than anticipated because of how much I had but the guys worked tirelessly and expeditiously to get everything safely and securely packed away. I'm so glad I didn't attempt to recruit friends to help me with my move because there is no way my belongings would have moved as nicely as DOSE moved them. They didn't use a dolly inside the house because they didn't want to risk causing any damage to floors and they wrapped all my furniture in blankets and saran wrap. They were able to disassemble and reassemble furniture and move everything nicely. I was not able to unhook my washer and dryer on my own even though the moving company requests that you disconnect all appliances but the guys did it for me with zero resistance. CJ was the ring leader here and made sure that all the men were careful and tentative with all my belongings, making special care to move everything with caution. Q was in charge of going over the fees with me and he was very sweet and patient. Thank you DOSE for helping make my move smooth!!

Too pricey

I was not a customer, because I got a quote, and it was too pricey. The person on the phone that provided the quote did not offer the best customer service.

Absolutely the worst!
They broke parts to the bunkbeds !
They had no tools to even put the bunkbed together!
One guy cut his finger and bled on our brand new fabric bedframe and brand new creamy white rug !
I get accidents happen but when I contacted Carrie in a panic she was of absolute zero help! She had zero references on who to call in this type of situation!
She said all I can do for you is send you a claim form for you to file and maybe Google someone who can help you !
I had to hire a cleaner!
I had to hire someone to come fix the broken bed part and assemble it.
Dose Moving used to be owned by Patrick and Merrilee and was an amazing company !
Ever since they sold this company it has gone completely down hill!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

We have used Dose for two moves now and have been very impressed each time. From the initial phone call to book, to the day of the move, they are all nothing but professional. Very reasonable rates. Great demeanor. Took care of our items. Got things done in an efficient manner. Can't endorse Dose enough. You should use these guys!

Needed help with moving two appliances from a storage unit. They responded so quickly and got it done fast. Everyone involved was kind, great communication and stress free. They gave us a discount because we only needed help with two items. I definitely recommend using their service! Thanks to euwin, sebastian and brian for the help today.

We did 2 moves (with some interim time in storage) with Dose Moving & Storage this year-- what a nightmare! 1) To move us out of our hoome, they sent a truck that was too small (which was especially shocking since we wound up selling nearly half of the furniture we'd intended to move). 2) Several hours later, they finally sent a 2nd truck.... and everything that was loaded into truck #2 was placed in 'ghost' storage units (because the staff did not associate those units to our order, effectively temporarily losing our belongings) so none of the contents of truck #2 were removed from storage and loaded for the move to our new home. They finally figured out their error on move-in day when we insisted, over and over, that there were MANY things missing-- so after some hours of searching, they brought a 2nd truckload of our belongings-- but still left some things lying around at the warehouse that we waited another few days for. 3) During our move-out, there was a new cantilever patio umbrella-- clearly identified as something that was to be included in the move-- that the crew said they could not take-- so we had to give it away to someone to get it off the property 4) Worst of all-- the Dose team member who came to our home to write up the order, Ruben ASSURED us they knew how to disassemble and pack a Sleep Number bed and adjustable base-- but on moving day, no one in the crew knew what to do-- and they tore our mattress up and broke the adjustable bases trying to disassemble and move it. 4) They also broke the desk from our home office. Ultimately, they did $1,100.00 in damage. We followed their process to file a claim for reimbursement, and after they reviewed our claim, they notified us they will reimburse us $68.00. (That's 6% of the amount of damage they did.) To add insult to injury, they're requiring that our signature on the claim determination agreement be notarized-- so after paying the notary, we'll net about $48 in reimbursement on the $1,100 expense to repair and replace what Dose damaged. Every step of the process with this company was horrible-- I would never use them again.

Wonderful packing experience. Four great young gents showed up on time and went right to work. They were helpful, respectful, polite, and careful in what they did. They worked hard straight through and were done in minimum time.
Highly recommend this great group!
Day Two:
Again a tremendous job by the great gents from Dose. Same crew as yesterday. Very nice young men. Move was as efficient as possible. Outstanding company!

This is the second move in which I've used dose and again they came through with flying colors. There lead crew chief Travis who's from Indiana was an amazing hard worker and efficiently ran his crew. You couldn't ask for more.

Just had the easiest move of my life yesterday thanks to Greg and friend (sorry I can’t recall his name! Had his hair in a ponytail) this company exudes professionalism and excellent customer service. I am very happy with the service that was provided and will definitely tell friends about this company. I recommend dose to anyone because my experience was awesome.

Save yourself the trouble trust me,no matter what kind of discount you get offered Dose is not worth it they underpay their employees, and think it's funny, they treat customers with a disrespectful manner . You want a moving team that treats you and your belongings , as if they were their own, with love and care
If you want to overpay to have your belongings in jeopardy of damage then give Dose a call but please, if you care about your belongings, and the type of respect that you receive ,bplease use another company you will save yourself so much hassle, headaches , your ever so valuable time as well as money
