Since when do you have to pay pictures before ever even seeing them? And if you don't pay before the pictures are taken at school they won't even take the child's picture. Ridiculous.

Dorian Studio representatives always provide fast, courteous and helpful service. Today, Joseph, assisted me in locating my son's pictures and he walked me through downloading the photo using the link that Dorian provided me. So helpful and all it took was about three minutes!

Extremely helpful! I hadn't placed a photo order in a few years and the customer service gentleman was able to access archived photos so that I could download previous years! I am very grateful!

We paid for spring pictures two days before picture day. My daughter came home from school upset because her picture was not taken. The school gave me Dorian Studio's number to call, but noone answered. I received a call the following Monday from a lady there. She said, "Oh yeah, that happens sometimes for a variety of reasons." We will be getting a refund in the next couple weeks. She offered for me to call back at the end of March to schedule summer photos at Dorian's studio. The lady was unapologetic with no reasoning as to why my daughter missed out on pictures. Her solution was "next year, get her pictures in fall because everyone has their picture taken regardless of paying or not."

Quick in and out but if you purchase something online, create an account to track the order. I chose to do it as a guest and couldn't access payment plans or details.

Always helpful, and I've never had a bad experience. I've called for late orders, way past orders, and even when my pictures weren't there, they sent a new package right away. Best customer service, prompt.

They canceled my first order claiming I input my information for my sons info, even though it displayed his image when I placed the order ?Then I place another and have to pay and additional 7 dollars for shipping. I did this 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received diddly squat from them I will be placing a chargeback if I dont get my order soon. I'd also expect tracking if shipping alone is 7 dollars....

Horrible customer service and unethical business practices. Post-picture day orders have a no-cancellatiin policy, yet this is not listed on their website during the ordering process. Customers only learn this on the receipt.On top of that, I was even told by the customer service rep that my order could be cancelled since I called right away. The supervisor several days later said it couldn't be cancelled no matter what.I sure hope Peoria Unified School District finds a better company to use next year. If not, I'll take my kids' picture myself.

Dorian Studio has the worst school picture ordering process. They expect parents to prepare for picture packages WITHOUT previewing the photo. If you choose to wait for the proofs before placing an order, they'll charge you $7 for placing it after the recommended window. Blind orders are shipped free of charge. So dumb.

I enjoy the convenience of ordering online for picture day, but I didn't see any options to change the background color. Because of this, I ended up paying online but still had to fill out the paper order and send it to school with my child. It's worked in the past, so maybe it was just a glitch?
