This shop is a gem! I was blown away by the variety and options for dresses and accessories that the store held. The owner is so helpful and I really appreciated her honest feedback to the accessories that I was trying on to pair with a wedding dress I had purchased elsewhere.

First off, Krystal is amazing. The shop is by appointment only and she took great care of us from the moment we walked in. She is super warm, friendly, helpful! Knew all the ways to get in and out of the dresses, helped with buttons and ties, knew what was more flattering of a silhouette, which veils, accessories, everything!! The kind of advice you really want when deciding on a wedding dress! The selection was great and the shop was lovely. Definitely the best experience by far in comparison. I found the perfect dress I didn't even know I was looking for and in my budget too! So happy to have found my gown here. Thanks again, Krystal!!!

I just have to rave about Don't Box It Bridals in Phoenix! This place is seriously amazing. As a bride-to-be on a budget, I was thrilled to find a bridal boutique that didn't break the bank, and Don't Box It Bridals definitely fit the bill.But it wasn't just the prices that won me over - the selection of dresses at this place is incredible. They have everything from classic, elegant gowns to boho-chic styles that are totally on-trend. I was able to find the perfect dress that made me feel like an absolute queen.And let's talk about the owner for a minute - she is seriously the best. She made me feel so special and welcomed, and I could tell that she genuinely cares about making her brides happy. It was such a fun experience working with her to find my dream dress.Overall, I can't recommend Don't Box It Bridals enough. It's the kind of bridal boutique that makes you feel like you're in a movie - in the best way possible. If you're a bride-to-be in the Phoenix area, do yourself a favor and check out this awesome woman-owned business. You won't be disappointed!

I've been to this store a few times in the last 5 years. The owner is always sweet and answers all of my questions. She makes every effort to help you find your dream dress. Big selection and next to a seamstress is a huge bonus!

This was my first experience wedding dress shopping. The shop is very clean and super cute! So many beautiful dresses. And the owner, Krystal, is so kind and amazing! I found the perfect dress right away. Don't Box It Bridals made this day so special and one I'll never forget!

A big 5 STARS (and more!) to Krystal at Don't Box It Bridals! I had a different experience than many of the reviewers, as I wished to consign my wedding gown and consulted ahead of time with Krystal. I sent photos and information, however, it was determined that my gown wasn't a good candidate for her shop. But Krystal spent a lot of time with me in order to make this a good decision for both of us, and was very professional, warm and supportive throughout. She knows her business and customers, and I completely respect her decision. I was treated so wonderfully that I know she is someone who cares about helping people, making that the heart and soul of her business. Krystal even offered other suggestions about what to do with my dress. She really gave me her time and expertise as an additional caretaking step in this regard, too :- ) So I am still a very satisfied customer, despite not being a consigner!Thanks so much, Krystal! If I ever become a bride again, I'll certainly be stopping by Don't Box It Bridals :- ). All the best to you and your brides! xo
