This place lacks customer service. The employees are so rude!! I was not aware they closed at 8 pm. I arrived there at 7:54, so in theory, I had 6 mins to shop. The ladies (if you can even call them that) at the register started yelling at me and my kids to get out because they were closing in 1 minute. I told them if they closed at 8 and it was 7:54 I had 6 mins to shop, they continued yelling and I got so uncomfortable. This place needs to get rid of its current team and rehire new people who are more customer service-oriented. The current people working here don't deserve to be in a customer service job since they have to intellect to even grasp what that is. Will never come back to this location.

Hi , Thankyou for being open with customer service reps ( ALL during COVID 7 days aweek !! ) you all were there stocked those shelves with detergents & bleaches & toilet paper & soups & ice creams & candies & DECORATIONS for every season & holidays & Birthdays & ballons & toys yes its overwhelming to do that job & cleanup after drug zombies who don't even live in the state of Az . The price went up only 25c I could care less what you all have to say Thankyou everyone at Dollartree all over West coast !! So many lives lost with Covid dont even .

It's a very great store especially the Hallmark part the lady that works there is very hot redhead and very nice very outgoing and very helpful

I will give this store only 4 stars because it has limited items on shelves. Overall, the store is very clean and well managed. The clerks were very helpful and polite. But there are many empty shelves and many items are misplaced. We can't use the caddies outside the store, so be prepared to carry your own bags to the parking lot.

I like this shop. You can always buy decorations for the holidays, dishes, breakfasts, ice cream, drinks, children's toys and crafting items at nice prices. Friendly staff, store has been recently renovated.

I got discriminated against at this store and am still shocked at how blatant and rude the “stand in manager” Vivian is . I went with my mom and son around 7:55 and didn’t know they close at 8. 2 women in an SUV park next to me and get out of the car before me and go to the front door where there is an employee lady standing there . I see her let the women in so I figure they are letting people I still have time to get the 1 thing I came to get . I get to the front and she looks me up and down smugly and says “We’re closed “ . She then looks at this little girl who was standing next to me and she was trying to rush her mom to get in saying they’re closing hurry and the mom rushes over saying “ I just need shampoo “ and she lets this white family in . I’m shocked she just let these 2 white appearing ladies in before me and lets a white family in right after just telling me they’re closed . I call a few minutes later to see if I can speak to her manager and she answers I ask can you offer me an explanation as to why you just did what you did ? She then tries to lie and gaslight me by saying the family that was standing outside right next to me was already in the store !!?? That family came from the michaels next door and your trying to tell me they were already in the store like you’re really trying to tell me I didn’t see what I just saw ??I will have to file a corporate complaint because it’s not ok to discriminate based off race/ appearance or whatever her issue is people like this need to be called out and should not be working with the public if they’re gonna be biased and discriminatory

This store is now a Dollar Tree Plus. It has items up to $5 but they are clearly marked and they still have a great selection of $1.25 items. Well stocked and the employees and nice and helpful. Always a plus!
