I was being brutally attacked verbally by an African American lady and your security guard who also happens to be African American did nothing to help me. This lady followed me around the store but nobody helped me. Don't shop here. You aren't safe. The staff does not care about your protection. To that ghetto female, you are so tough trying to beat up a lady who is 7 months pregnant. So classy

I had a great experience here. The service was great and very friendly over at the counter this place unfortunately did not have all the products I was looking for, but overall I’d say that this place has really good value. Just about Everything is just about $1.25 I do still miss the days when Dollar tree was just a dollar but I will definitely be coming here again thank you for the good experience

Went in today to exange unopened table cloths, for a different color. I had read on their OFFICIAL dollar tree website, their exchange policy without receipt. But when I got there and asked her if they could be exchanged, she automatically said no with a attitude. I pulled out and my phone and mentioned I had read before coming in, that it said on their policy that I could. She again said that NOPE, they don't do to that.. So explain to me, does each store mekup their own rules or why do they have to act very rude when in no point in time , did I disrespect her. They need to do a better job in they costumer service, training and cleanliness because this location is ALWAYS a mess.

The store is not stocked at all. It's a lot cleaner than what it used to be, but how couldn't it be when you have nothing on the shelves. Also they need to be provided with more hours for labor. The line is always really long and the cashier is always lacking help.

Always have fast service when it's time to check out. Even when it gets busy. The cashiers are very friendly, professional & fast ?????️

To many homeless filtering in and out of the store and disrupting. Asking for money or even walking out with products without paying. Highly uncomfortable.

This store never stays open past 9 pm. They have really cleaned it up, hopefully it stays clean.

The dollar store on 35th Ave & Glendale has always been an eyesore and a place you didn’t want to shop. Gave it one more chance few days ago and it has improved. The shelves are kept as stocked as possible, the floors are mopped, the aisles are kept clear of fallen merchandise & merchandise that’s to be stocked & still unpacked. The employees aren’t the friendliest but as long as the store is clean & maintained i can put up with overloaded workers

This is like the worst dollar tree on the entire west side. Horrible staff, always a ridiculously long line and so many boxes laying on the ground everywhere you'll be lucky if you don't trip and fall.

This store is filthy. Boxes in aisles everywhere present a falling hazard. Someone gonna get hurt. Store needs a deep scrub. Get your tetanus shot before you go. It's a giant petri dish.

I was at the store yesterday 11/28/23 around 4:30ish & I watched "Abby" it said on name badge, who apparently is the store manager after talking to cashier. Shove A customer through the front door. Not a playful push, but actual assault. I get the customer was apparently stealing something, but someone should never be assaulted when fleeing. The customer didn't try to fight back or anything, just fled the situation. I will not be returning to this store out of sheer safety.

Great & friendly staff. GREAT variety of products both generic & name brand! I like it so much that I'm actually applying there as I'm new to Arizona and on a new/better path in my life.

Tripping Hazard all over and not to mention filthy. Felt like I wanted to start stocking and moppng for them.
