Tried going in through the exit due to a 26’ moving truck blocking the entrance for about 10 minutes, I tried opening the exit and was immediately told to stop and wait for the truck to move. “I was already in the storage area” Dumb rule

Jessie was super helpful and very thorough. Explained everything and made sure I understood how to access the gates, the locks, the units and what I was renting. They have a variety of sizes and options and great specials. The place is also very clean and affordable. Definitely the best place I have ever rented a storage unit from. If you’re looking for a place that has options (air conditioning, drive-up, big, little, tall, wide, etc….) that is safe, friendly, clean and affordable, definitely check out Dollar Storage on Peoria and 43rd Ave.

I am going on 2 years renting a large storage unit. The location is runed efficiently by Jesse, Jim and the other personal who is super sweet as well. The location is always clean and feels safe. Any suspicious activity of your unit being disturbed or looks tampered with they are on it. They will reach out to notify you with in a very timely matter. It is really a joy going to the office. The staff is always accommodating and will always find a way to assist in the matters to the storage unit. These guys have a great sense of humor when I always walk in the office and I am treated like family! I highly recommend this location.

Check in was speedy and complete in 15 min or so.
All the details, policies, and conditions of storage were clearly explained during the check in process. Overall impression of the property was clean and secure. I am very comfortable with storing my trailer at this property. Thank you for being friendly and professional.

I just set up a new storage unit here (the North Phoenix/Peoria location) and am so happy that I did. Jim helped me find the perfect unit and plan. He was incredibly kind and thorough.
