We had paid for the rental via expedia. Upon getting there, the agent Alexis Jordan, was very confrontational refusing to provide the car despite our receipts, invoices, and having an agent from expedia directly contact her and confirm everything we stated. She spent TWO HOURS lecturing us about how hard her job was...great...
