What is the point of adding online to these stores that have no want in fulfill online orders. Everytime I make an order they come up with an excuse to cancel and to top it off take three to five days to refund your money. I love dollar general specials but wow your customers service needs a lot of work

Rude af. Got an attitude when I asked for help finding the phone station. Then tried to charge me $10 for a $1 aux cord that was literally fine than the cheap headphones you get on the ✈️

Went in today and got a movie that had a price tag of $5 on it and when I left I realized they charged me $6. So the most unprofessional, antagonizing, rude manager named Natalie said it cost $6. So I said I would like my money back. She did everything in her power to make a big seen out of the whole deal and even went to as far as saying she was being threatened and said we wasn't not allowed in the store anymore. We video taped it and very clearly she was making it impossible for us to get our money back and create a scene. I'm definitely going to talk to the general manager and make a formal complaint. We have been going to this dollar general for 3 yrs and never have been treated with such disrespect. I'll change my rating after this issue is resolved.
