Long Review- I would really give this place 0 Stars if possible... 1. I waited 30 minutes to be helped. There was only one lady working and it really seemed like she was struggling with what she was doing. 2. Employees really should take some sort of customer training because it was horrible... Let me start from the beginning. I ask for a money order (X amount) the lady gives me the total including their fee. OK, so far so good. I give her the money when she has it in her hands she tells me to confirm the amount on the screen. ( I did) so she says I need your ID. I give her my DL, she inputs the info, then tells me "I Need Your SSN" I ask "so how do people with no SSN get money orders" her reply "OOO it's because I'm putting your DL info" so I ask " Is there a way I can put that info without having to say it in front of a room full of people" Her reply "NO" I told her to cancel the transaction and give me my money back and I would just go to my bank and get it there. (Let me say for those asking, I was there to start with because I was sending money to a family member & thought it would just be easy to do 2 things in 1 place) She said she couldn't cancel the transaction, what was I supposed to do? She already had my money before asking for all this. So, I wrote it down in a piece of paper and showed it to her thru the glass and kept it after to dispose of myself. DOLEX let me tell you, I have worked un Customer Service for 7 years and and this was truly horrible, I felt my privacy rights were violated and I know this in fact violates some of the privacy rights. You really need to fix the way you ask for personal information especially when the room is full of strangers and they can hear and see everything you are doing. Your employees need to be trained to handle every situation and how to handle Private Information. If you can't find good employees, make me an offer and I can assure you I will know how to do my job. I handle customers, money, private information every day and I can assure you I have NEVER put one of our clients in the position I was in today. I am bank licensed, bilingual, awesome agent assistant (if I may say so myself), and my customers LOVE me. If you can't find better employees give me a call I will gladly train them for you. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
