I have called the numbers provided on the bill more than 5 times, I have tried to access the website and it does not work. I searched for them on Google and I still try to call and they NEVER answer. Since they want you to pay your bill if they NEVER answer, THE LINES OR THE WEBSITE ARE NOT WORKING.

awful organization. Paid my bills as they sent them to me. I had a zero balance per their system. Now I found out every bill they send me was a separate charge, so the my zero balance was on only 1 visit.UPDATE: The Email address they provided does not work, I have tried a few times. Its all just a standard response to give the impression that they care.

Husband Went to DMG in 2023.. because Filner retired, saw an NP. Went because new blood pressure med prescription was needed. She did NOTHING. Asked a couple questions and was done. Never ordered the prescription and literally days later, she was no longer there. Said she was a temp. They couldn't refill a 6 month prescription unless we go back in. Ran out of meds and Never went back...they sent a bill...for NOTHING. I've emailed and also NOTHING. NO REPLY.

Billing NIGHTMARE! After reading reviews I am not alone. I have called for the past 3 months with no resolution. I paid in FULL in the office yet they are billing me ???? I asked to speak with a supervisor, although it has only been 2 days without a return call, I was informed that there is only 1 supervisor and it will take several days to return my call. Perhaps they need to hire more staff. Unfortunately when choosing a Doctor you are stuck with their billing office. Lots of other options available. Save yourself the hassle.

This building is a scam center,we have AHCCCS and this place send us somehow an invoice for payment not even explaining why,we called AHCCCS and they said DMG shouldn't try to charge us,so they called DMG to stop sending us letters, that was a year plus ago and now DMG added us to collections, beware of this place they are scam artist at work.

Edit: I left a message for Sarah as directed, immediately after receiving a review response on 10/25. My call was not returned.---Since my doctor became a part of this group, I haven't been thrilled. Dr. Filner went on vacation a month or so ago and I saw a NP for my annual well woman exam. The NP that was sent to fill in just told me to "drink more water around my period" after telling him that I was experiencing new breast pain before my period and asking if there was something different I could take for my migraines that wasn't an oxy. He seemed kind of dismissive to my needs and I felt pretty "unseen", so I was afraid to speak up after that bc I have no idea if this new breast pain is something to be concerned about or if it's a sign of premenopause. I needed a mammogram due to a previous lump scare and family history, and he luckily wrote the order. I had my appointment scheduled and had my paperwork ready, which I believe they asked about when scheduling my mammogram. A receptionist called me from doctor Filner's office to tell me I needed to come in for a well woman appointment before going to get my mammogram. I told her repeatedly I had just been in and saw the NP about two weeks prior. I think his name was Andrew. She kept telling me I wasn't in the office. She finally gave a half apology after looking at her system and made some excuse about the system being new. I should not be made to feel like a criminal for someone else's incompetence. Normally my visits are fine, and the nurse who checks my vitals is always super nice. I absolutely love her. The rest could use some bedside manner training, especially when it comes to breast health. The female NP he had last year was wonderful. I don't know why she left. Dr. Filner is fine.

Billing department is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! They never billed the insurance company, then sent us a bill 4 months later for the whole amount! Called and waited an hour to speak with a person to tell them to submit to insurance. They wanted the insurance info again even though the doctor's office has the insurance card info in their computer system, but the billing department ignores it. We like the doctor, but cannot deal with corporate's billing ineptitude.

I was given this number by Mercy Care and they did nothing but transfer me around and put me on hold. I'm changing my provider.

Why do they make you sign a paper and tell you oh that's just for etc .. and they don't tell you your gonna get a bill in the mail to pay extra $123 when you already payed $100 at the window, just trying to get rich out of other people will never go to the doctor in this state!!!

The people who answer the phones are very unfriendly. I called to request account information and the person who helped me was not friendly. And he even hung up the phone on me.

My daughter uses DMG for her behavioral medicine, and whoever they use to bill through are horrendous! We pay at the office, but whatever is left is billed separately. Apparently whenever they try and mail me a bill the Postal service sends it back and says unreachable. Well we've been here for a year and all of our other mail comes just fine. Now they call and say that it's a final notice and it's getting sent to collections?! I don't think so when I have not once ever received a bill. If they are getting things returned to them when ALL other mail comes just fine then they need to figure out what is wrong on their end, but I won't have my credit hit or have things in collections for a bill I have never received. Get it together.
