I don't want to feel like a shill but every time these guys help us out It's an amazing experience. Yeah sometimes they've got to order in tires or whatever but they stick to what they say they're going to do. They don't try nickel and dime and they finish the job within minutes of when they say they will. Huge shout out to Brett for taking care of me!

I had made an appointment to drop off my vehicle on a Saturday 04/27 to repair a screw in my tire. My appointment was at 11:15AM but I was up early due to massive migraine, so I decided to drop it off early. I told them there was no rush, as I had a migraine and was going to go home to try and sleep it off. I mentioned this twice. I showed up to pick up my car a couple of hours before the location's posted business hours and the building was closed with a note on the door that said they were closing early at 1:00PM for a company function and they would reopen Monday at 8:00AM. I feel like I should have proactively been made aware that the location was closing early, especially when I was mentioning I was going to be asleep. Yes, I missed 4 calls because my phone was on silent due to my headache and taking a nap. However, this could have easily been avoided. Now I will be late for work on Monday and need to talk about it with my company who micromanages everything I/we do. If there is anyone that can get access to get me my car before Monday, I'll adjust my review. Otherwise, this was absolutely the last thing I needed this weekend and after getting my car back, a Discount Tire will never touch my car, my friends cars or family's ever again.

Everyone is very friendly. Mustafa at the air check had amazing manners and notified me my tire actually had a nail. Crisis averted!

Today I had a bad experience with this company, they wanted to charge me for a tire when it actually has coverage and how did I not agree to that, I am waiting for the tire to be changed and my car is not moved, others and mine pass by in the parking lot. What a disappointment from the company, that's why we pay for coverage. I've been here for 1 hour and a half and they haven't touched my car and I was the second one they attended to. Each tire is supposed to have coverage, so don't pay the full amount to have it changed.

I took my car here because a different auto shop (Sun Devil Auto on W Van Buren in Phoenix) told me a piece of metal had punctured one of my tires, so I needed to pay them $700 for new tires…
A very nice employee here (I wish I had gotten his name) took a look, and found that, not only was there no leak of air in my tire, but that the piece of metal was simply wedged its grooves. No puncture. He removed it with ease at no charge! Couldn’t be happier, and when the time comes where I ACTUALLY need new tires, I’ll be coming here.
