This location isn't as reliable at giving the proper information to the customer. Coming in next day for my appt I was greeted with rudeness air I don't remember his name he was average height man 5"5 with glasses maybe Hispanic. Very rude and even him trying to explain what I couldn't understand because he wasn't explaining right in the first place all he needed to tell me was that I needed to put down $399 to get financing done with 4 new tires. He made me feel very unwelcomed and probably won't be coming back to this location thanks to that guy.

Make sure whatever service you have done you get a receipt with all things that were done. That way if something goes wrong you have proof of what they did and or installed.

I bought four new tires here and was helped by Elaina. She was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and I felt that I was in trusted hands. The day I bought the set of tires, only two were in stock, and they were quickly installed that same day. She kept me apprised on the delivery of the other two tires, And I later found out that she drove to the warehouse to ensure I got them in time for a road trip that I had mentioned. Watching her manage this very busy location was impressive as well. She knew the status of each customer's case, and efficiently managed each person to ensure that they knew the status and were met with a friendly smile. Props to this store, owner and manager for having Eliana be the face of your business. Which I will highly recommend to others.

I had a bad experience and left really upset. I still needed repair, so I called back to the store as soon as I left and asked why. Juan, who helped me in store was very apologetic and set up an appointment for the next day. The next day my repair was made promptly as promised. I'm glad I made the call and glad there really is customer service out there. Kudos Discount Tire for making it right!!

I remember using Discount Tire as a kid it was the first company I ever used for tires and thinking their prices was great and customer service was awesome and this was over a decade ago. I had a air leak on my truck that had me putting air in the tire every day. Noticied there was a discount tire right by my house. Made an appointment online, arrived for my appointment and they had my tire patched up and ready to go in 30 mins for FREE! They reminded me why I always come back to them for anything tire related. They're BEST in their market.

DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. i paid a lot for something to be done and it wasn't done right and it's been a hassle to get it redone. save your time. go somewhere else.

Horrible never experienced this before with discount.......Screw in tire; (refused to repair). Purchased road hazard with them and was told not covered to have it plugged. Due to the hand held devise.Why did I purchase 20 dollars extra per tire if they can't fix the tire? Do not purchase the road hazard per tire I have only bought from discount total of 6 cars in 40 years. Now my business will go to Big down the street. They did put a patch and said I have at least 6 to 8 month before purchasing new tires.

They are always so helpful and exceptionally kind? Even with her really swamped with customers. I always feel really validated even if my tire isn't that empty. Will trust them with my tires every single time over anyone else!

Rushed over straight from work got there 1 minute before closing and they still got me in for a tire patch. Great service, highly recommend!

I came into the location for 2 tires. I left thinking everything was ok. The next day my break light came on unfortunately the store was closed and I couldn't bring it back the next day. I brought it back the following day and I was completely disappointed. Not only did they not help with the issue instead of addressing my concern Demontay (sales rep) tried to up sale and quote me over $2k for additional things I did not ask for. So I took my car to the dealership and found out that half of the issues they said was wrong with my car was not an issue and my breaks actually did not have to be replaced I just needed break fluid. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone.

Not happy with the last service discount tire did on my vehicle. on trying to purchase a rim and spare tired for my truck, and got my tire all wrong size.

Good service but sometimes hard to get appointment to fix flat. Tires prices are fair and they seem to have what your looking for or can get it fast. You can select on line and apply any discounts like military and take the print out to store

I've been coming here for the last 4 years, they are very efficient, friendly, and patient. Some days are very busy, other than that they do an excellent job and care about what they do!
