Excellent service from the 3 delivery's people who carefully delivered our 4 large crates. They helped call out numbers to make sure all items numbered when picked up matched the correct numbers as they took items off the truck.They helped to take items into the house and into the rooms requested and set up a nice aisle in the garage to allow us to find our labeled boxes more easily. We would definitely use the same crew who did the moving.

Dircks has helped move my family for years now, and it is who we all trust.
During my recent move from Boston to Arizona, Dircks assigned me a moving coordinator, that helped me plan and organize everything. I was able to check in with her and ask questions about pick up and drop off times, plus how to best pack my valuable items.
After my items were loaded on the truck, I was provided with exact updates on when the driver would be arriving at my new location to unpack the truck.
Dircks took care of everything that I needed and helped make a stressful cross country move less of a burden.

Movers did a fine job bringing in our furniture. A few scuffs and dings on furniture. I had a pool table that needed to be moved to our basement. It was placed in my garage. While I was in the house all 4 movers literally ran to there cars and left. Before leaving I was told people were coming to move the table. I was lied to. I had to pay out of my pocket to have the table moved and setup. Also truck was 2 days late on the delivery.

I recently hired Dirck's Moving & Logistics for a move to two separate locations. From the initial contact, to the time they drove away I was impressed with how thorough and professional they were overall. I was in contact from multiple people at Dirck's leading up to the move date, including the day of, as well as after everything was completed to ensure it met my expectations and was fully satisfied. I have been skeptical in the past of moving companies due to bad experiences and I couldn't believe how smooth and seamless this process was. From the initial quote, to the customer service, to the actual movers it was simply better than I could imagine and I'm grateful for them. Not only would I recommend to them anyone I will never use another company to move or transport other than Dirck's. I want to give a special thank you to Michelle Flynn and her team for the excellent service and making our move feel special to them.

Was offered Dircks as part of my relocation package at my current employer; Dircks moved me from Phoenix, Arizona to Manhattan, New York in 2 weeks! All of my stuff arrived on- time, during a snow storm and all of my stuff was in perfect condition and packed super well. The movers were so nice and made everything extremely easy. I didn’t have to lift a finger!
