Dropped $1000 on an E Bike... said it would be built and ready the next day. Which was fine... well, it took a week. They need to be better than that. 24 hour turn around should be easy to figure out.

530pm on Thursday. All the kids that helped me do my exchange had awesome customer service. Manager stepped in eventually and he was great too. Pumped to have a DICKS near the house with solid people.

Just bought a pair of hiking boots! A very nice and thoughtful man helped me his name was Johnny and he was super helpful and kind. Made my experience super easy and helped me make an informed decision :)

We ordered an item online that was out of stock everywhere but the day it arrived the larger item became available online. When we went to this location we were not sure if they had it in stocks same day or if we needed to return and reorder. Angel was extremely helpful though the item was not in store he offered to help us with the return and online order, but when we found another made it extremely easy to upgrade. He was personable, friendly, and efficient. I will absolutely return to this location.

We came in looking for some shoes for work and there were two people in the shoe department. Neither one of them spoke to us or asked if we needed help and the guy behind the register just stared at us. We left empty handed and very disappointed This is why people shop online.

Just order it from Amazon or directly if you don't absolutely need it today, otherwise make due with their lack of selection. Luckily it's attached to the mall where specialty stores definitely have better options. Also, with all the associates roaming the floors, they could open a second register when their is a mob trying to checkout. Don't trust the website about quantity, just buy it somewhere else.

In general, the store looked nice and organized. The two stars is for my experience. I was searching for a trail runner shoe. There wasn't anyone in sight to ask for help. The hiking shoes were off to the side of the main shoe area. The shelves had no organization to them. The boxes of shoes should have been organized and associated with the shoes on display, but instead, I had to try and figure out what shoe I was looking at. I noticed a number on the inside of the tongue, and it happened to correspond with a number on the box, but I had to search top to bottom and from one side to the other and look at each and every box because all of them were totally mixed together, different sizes, models and makes. So don't waste your time here for hiking shoes. Not a good selection either.

I went into this location to exchange a pair of Crocs that I had ordered for my niece. The pair I had ordered ended up being the wrong style, so I just wanted to do a simple exchange for a different style. These Crocs weren't worn, they were just tried on and immediately taken off. Originally I was greeted by a very nice, helpful associate at the register, who told me to go ahead and look at their selection of Crocs and bring up the pair I needed to the front and she would swap them out, no problem. I found what I was looking for and headed to the front of the store to do the exchange. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to speak with the girl I had originally spoken with. Sadly I got Leandra who immediately gave me an attitude and said "these look very worn". She was extremely unpleasant and I didn't appreciate being accused of trying to exchange something that in her opinion showed "signs of wear ". They definitely weren't. I told her that her coworker had zero issues with the exchange and had previously looked them over to ensure they weren't worn or scuffed. Leandra sucked her teeth and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her with my request. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the original associate was friendly and helpful. Leandra however deserves zero stars for her unnecessary attitude and terrible customer service. Suffice to say I won't be returning to this location.

Been here a couple times now seems like every time I go they think I’m going to steal I get followed all around the store and get dirty looks from employees but it seems like they are the only ones stealing with these prices…
