Nothing but the best most attentive people and the treatment and knowledge can’t be beat. Wandered in had missing diamonds replaced and ring polished to perfection but the real kicker is the amazing ring I found there in addition for my collection. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks everyone

This is my new favorite jewelry store. Pete, the store manager is so knowledgeable about all Rolex, Tudor and Omega watches! He was able to help me getting the correct size to both of my vintage Tudors. The kindness of the staff and wonderful selection at the store is amazing. Their watch repair and service person is one of the best in the valley.

Sickening feeling when I went with my son to Diamond Jim’s to sell his watch and my ring. They took the watch and said they were master watch repairman and suddenly took the back off the watch! Two other reputable jewelers that day took the band off to reveal the serial numbers. Not the back of the watch! He did it so fast and when he put it back on the back of the watch was scratched. He offered 1500 less than the other reputable jeweler. We were sick to our stomachs that he took the back of the watch off without even asking us. We looked at the watch when they handed it back. We told them their “ key” that removed the back of the watch scratched it, and they played dumb and said it didn’t scratch it. At one point, they wanted to take the jewelry out of our sight. They kept saying “ we handle millions of dollars of jewelry for people who trust us!” We were shocked and didn’t even wait for the ring estimate. It was sickening.
