Couldn't find the DHL location. We drove around a few times n trying to call, but there were NO phone numbers to contact them. There were building numbers locate them. Bad experience. ?????

Claim they attempted delivery, yet no notice, and I was home the entire day with my screen door only shut. As well as security cameras.. I know they didn't even attempt. I wouldn't be so annoyed except I paid extra for quicker shipping. Won't do that again, DHL is terrible for shipping and I don't understand why companies still use them ?

Bad customer service, Warehouse manager name Mel had me waiting here for about 5hours for no reason kept taking smoke breaks he does not care about the customer for nothing. ? DHL I will never do your Loads again.
