Ya staff is not friendly at all. Billing dept needs to step it up!!! I have one insurance and not one other doctor office has bothered me about this!! I cannot use an out of state insurance policy in this state especially when it’s canceled!!! Don’t go there

Dr Kennedy is amazing . I'm going to see another Dr same clinic tomorrow they gave me next day apps when I called at 420 I've seen specialist recommended by my Dr and felt supported by Dr Kennedy n staff 100% always nice on the phone and helpful n respectful in your face & behind doors or reports.

Only reason I give 5 stars is cus I love doctor Kennedy other than that the front desk staff never answer the phones idk what happened and what changed but I need a direct number to the office not this call center or whatever they got going on now. No reason I should call this much

I don’t have any complain with the doctors or nurses in this location. The problem is the person on the front. She had a really really bad attitude. I work with public for the last 40 years , young Latina she act like a she on the place poor ,poor costumer service, I don’t understand how is posible some one hire this people w/attitude probably after eight years using this location with Dr. Kennedy I’m going to change doctors.

A pain to get a hold of any of the office staff at all locations. They need to make changes to this ASAP! Each office extension had me on hold for 20 minutes. No option to leave a voicemail.

The diabetic and cardiac specialist never followed up with me, I tried to rebook appointments no availability for 2months. That’s when I was sent a bill for $2k regarding treatments provided for me. Mind you the 1st follow up I had, I was told my doses would be upped and I would see better results. Nothing happened, no one ever upped my dosage for my required medication with the pharmacy. I just saw they cancelled my medication, no notice or anything. Definitely disappointed. Save your money and find a specialist who actually cares.

PLEASE BEWARE!! Went here for the Semuglutide/Ozempic shot. I got severe vomiting 2 days and in Urgent Care. A week later, I still cannot eat. I called to see since I only got 1 shot, if I can get a small refund. Per the office manager "NO". I feel as if I was overdosed since I'm already on this med. The girl literally said "i think this is the right amount". They used a vial and syringes.

Today was the final straw this practice is a joke anymore infact I am beginning to think they care more about getting and giving weight loss injections then patients. They are not loyal to you as a patient, if you are going thru a disability Change doctors immediately because they WILL not help you even if you have been going there for years!! Instead they want you to go see a doctor that doesn't know you which cost between 500 to 1000 because Hiler had a bad experience and had to go to court more on Hiler he saw me for 2 seconds once and said I had back fat well that back fat turned into a hernia removal and a neck surgery not to mention I feel Hiler allowed the pulmonologist to diagnose my Dad with Pneumonia for a whole year, turns out it was a Fungus that ultimately was part of his Demise!! Not loyal practice if you have many ailments go somewhere else 2024! Oh and Ladies if any woman that has first female relatives that test Positive for BRACHA then you need testing ya I will be receiving mine like 4 years after the fact and by a different doc- delay delay delay treatment.

My experience with Caroline Lopez NP has been amazing!! I can honestly say she saved my life because she listened to my concerns. Eternally thankful for her and her medical assistant they always take good care of me.

My mother visited yesterday with Carolina Lopez and was very upset upon arriving home. My mother stated that this provider gave several contraindicating information regarding her health including information regarding her liver and the need to stop certain medications then prescribing the continuation of those medications. The provider was assigned to my mother specifically because she spoke Spanish which according to my mother would have been better off if an interpreter was used. During the visit my mother never used her English yet Carolina Lopez had the audacity to state “asi como tu hablas en inges, to hablo en espanol”. Which translates to “the way you sound in English is the way I sound in Spanish”. Which my mother took offense to as she felt it was said out of nowhere and an effort to get a translator should have been taken.

Was never able to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment called and just listened to hold music for over 20 min ,place is useless

Dr. Fernandez is by far the best doctor. She takes the time to listen to her patients. She is always there when you need her. Thank you. The ladies at the front desk are awesome. Definitely recommend this office.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Desert Bloom Family Medicine. The fast courteous response of the staff at check in, to the timeliness and professionalism with my provider and her medical assistant was an overall pleasant experience. I was well cared for and felt the warmth from all parties involved in my visit!
