If I could give this place 0 stars I wouldn't go there. My husband bought a transmission and when he installed it turns out it was defective. The truck did not reverse. He went back to get a new one under the warranty. They took a whole month to give him another one turns out that one didn't work either, when the truck is parked it shakes a lot.If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband bought a transmission and when he installed it, the gear did not go into reverse. When my husband went back to get another one with the guarantee, it took them a whole doctor to give him another one. And it turns out that that one was also defective, the truck shakes a lot when stopped.

Called the day before, they told me part was available. I drove over 1 hour the next day and they didn't even have the car. Place is a mess and unorganized.

Buyer beware I've been in business over 20 years have you several yards here in Phoenix as well as Tucson this company is horrible no customer service sold us three bad transmissions and then charged us a restocking fee I drove up to Phoenix three times to deal with this and pay limberlost Automotive in Tucson Arizona 2 times to remove the transmission buyer beware horrible experience recommend using the yard right down the street from these guys they are great they got our transmission right away cheaper than these guys
