This is a small shopping center with a variety of stores and restaurants. The Habit (a hamburger restaurant), Starbucks, AT&T store, Sunwest Credit Union, and many other stores - too many to list.

Goodwill is continually going further and further into prices reflecting actual used merchandise online. It used to be a fun bargain. Not anymore. On colored tag day, Goodluck finding anything worthwhile for 50% off!

I give it kudos for trying to make a come back. Since the remodel and the infusion of some new places. It's coming back to life.Would have been nice if the Clothing stores hadn't left. The Avenue was one of the few places my Wife could find clothes that fit her perfectly.
