Came all the way to casa Grande to help move me and pack my items as well!I had a hard month and was completely hopeless. They brought me Joy with Jokes and laughs.Absolutely amazing team and everyone was extremely gentle and helpful! Especially when it came to Glass and blankets! This Guy Troy was absolutely phenomenal and very kind. He Listened to my Needs and was extremely generous and put my item where I could see! If I had 1,000 dollars I'd tip him and them with it all....I was tempted ?....These Guys were great and I can't express it enough! As an Author I would gladly write about them over and over! Troy was Very Fast and put my bunk bed up in a flash! Words can't express the Hard work these guys put in! Hummmmmberto even put my books up and it wasn't too much of a reach! Someone needs to acknowledge their hard work and reward them Big Time! Thank you guys so much! I will be recommending you to everyone.....And to the pastor....Have a Blessed week! ?

Our new house has a very steep driveway & they worked so hard to get it all done. We very much appreciate them. Well done!!!

This is quite possibly the worst move I have ever experienced. Not only was it the most expensive at over $21,000, but the laziness, sloppiness, and disregard for my household goods is unmeasurable. I am surprised this company is still in business.The movers wasted a lot of my money with extra packing materials, mislabeled boxes, and delivered them to the incorrect rooms in the house (on different levels). They put together only some of the furniture they dismantled, and they did so very badly - ruining some very expensive furniture in the process.To make matters worse, at the end, the most intimidating member of the crew demanded a tip - by telling me he'd follow me to the ATM machine for the tip for his crew. A waste of money, a waste of time. Unbelievable how much disrespect a company has for taking care of its customer.

We have been using Daniel's Moving for about 3 years now for various moving projects and closing facilities, to move equipment and LOTS of boxes out of storages places with very small challenging driveways, to offices on upper floors. They are excellent everytime! I have never had a problem with them. Each time we have closed out something, they have made it the smoothes project ever. They are very professional and right on the money. And I don't know where they get their employees, but they get the nicest guys to move us each time. They are always attentive, professional, kind and hard working, and you can tell they want to do a good job. I recommend Daniel's, 100%! I will keep using them because they truly are the best. So worth the money. Thank you all at Daniel's moving! You truly make my job so much easier:) C

I'm a military member, and I had Daniels Moving and Storage pack out my family for a move to TX in May. My experience with them was terrible! The moving team DID NOT heed any of my concerns regarding packing and caring for our items. I told them several times to please allow me to direct them when they took apart our king-sized bed, which they didn't. I told them not to pack an expensive model airplane in my office as it was extremely fragile. I came back ten minutes later it was gone. I discovered one of the Packers packed the airplane anyway. When he pulled the airplane out of the box, it was at the bottom and in pieces! No apology, no claims form.When I arrived in TX and received my items, I found several things damaged. My new electric recliner couch was destroyed. They pulled the backs of the couch off and didn't unplug the electrical harness. They yanked the wires out! Then several of my wife's Japanese dining room chairs are in pieces. To top it off, several parts of our furniture are missing! We couldn’t assemble the bed or dresser mirrors! One of the worst moves yet, with no attention to detail, no regard for being careful with expensive items, and poor communication. And we haven’t even gone through the rest of the delivery!I hope the military never uses this company again.

Very professional and efficient crew. The cost to pack up our 3000 SF house and store everything was surprisingly affordable and not much more than the "do it yourself" options. We would highly recommend Daniel's Moving and Storage.

The 3 movers did a great job and I tipped them generously. My complaint is with the corporate office. There are automatic charges of $230 for the estimate and $275 for fuel. I acknowledge that both appeared on my estimate, but it just felt like I was being nickeled-and-dimed. I didn't even want an estimate, but was told it was required. Also, my move was only 2.1 miles, so it seems like there should have been an adjustment for less fuel. The local moving company I used last year didn't include either charge. Overall, not bad.
