OMG I love that I can crave a banana split and not drive far. Thank God they placed one off 51st and Thomas. There clean and fast. And there employees are nice, patient when your ordering.

Went in today and waited in lobby for 10 minutes, no one said hi to me. I left to get cigarettes and cane back and the same thing. Finally got my order, food cold and not good at all. Wow dairy queen really fell off.

By far the worst costumer service i’ve experienced. Girl with curly hair and has a tattoo on her arm works at night gave me the worst attitude over a question I had about a coupon. Did not give her a reason to give me attitude. I hope she will be talked to about this because that is certainly not a way to talk to costumers. Not sure if she was a manager but definitely not giving a good image to the restaurant. First time going to this dairy queen and definitely my last.

I ordered from them from DoorDash but door that she got there on time they said they didn't have it he comes here with another order and then it says they didn't have it all sudden he goes back I take a picture of it with the receipt and show them to show them that I guess they they had it and it gets back here now and it's cold cold french fries drink is slices melted in it like everything is cold cold like it just been sitting there and they close at 10:30 and I've called and looked at the hours it says I've ordered I ordered at 10:05 they play they I finally got the order but they said they're nobody's answering the phone cuz I called and it's 10:18 when I call call earlier at 10:10 and before that and nobody answered or we took my phone calls first place ever worst experience ever

This was our first visit to dairy queen. Just wanted to try it. Will never go again. They mixed the burgers. Then they put them into wrong boxes. And the wait time was too long for two burgers (with no one in line).

This is a new restaurant in the neighborhood of Maryvale. They opened a few months ago. Sadly, their huge spoon that decorated the front was stolen within the first few weeks of opening. I was so happy to see that it was replaced. The building looks so nice, and the huge red spoon that has to be 7 foot tall greets you as you come by. It's just begging you to stop for some ice cream. I come here often as it is on my way home from work. I knew I would be in trouble with a DQ so close to work. The service is always friendly. I feel like they are often understaffed. It took quite a while for my 3 items, and there was no line. My french fries were great, nice and hot and crispy. Unfortunately, my pretzel sticks were cold and felt old. I have had them when they are fresh, and these definitely were not. I love the spicy cheese that comes with them. I appreciate their hard work but feel like management could do better staffing during the rush hour time. I usually visit between 4-5pm. Dairy Queen Blizzards never disappoint. So it's worth it to stop in.

I normally don’t rate a restaurant this bad but this is bad the food is not terrible but I don’t understand how I ordered a burger online and when I get there to pick it up I had to wait another 23 minutes for one burger this is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced how is this place still

It was busy they still managed to get me fast.
