This is just directed to Kelly who is not always the nurse there. She is amazing at her job and is what a person who loves her job and patients means. She helped me get through my dot and made me feel at home when I was nervous about the test. Thank you very much. Blessings

Very poor customer service from the employees I'm the front. Plus the loud self checkout they .sake you use while she stands there are annoying. She's standing at register n she points me to the self checkout. I Svan one can n n says super loud that help is on the way and she still just stands there while the machine Is just beeping just to tell her to do complete the order at the register.

Horrible service. To be fair when you don't need to talk to anyone and they get it right they get it real right, but if you need to ask a question they will not return voicemails (the only way to get ahold of them, acording to the extremely rude store manager). I did finally get the manager on the phone and asked if she could get me someone or have them call me since they hadn't returned my call in over 24 hours, she said no because it's a separate department. I understand the goal is to make sure we can't talk to our pharmacist since they are paid to hand out pills and not help people but im still disappointed in the level of disdain they can have for someone in need of information about their Healthcare needs.

I hate being that person keeping people open, but we needed some medicine for an emergency that came up. Flew to the store and arrived at 9:52. They close at 10:00. We walked in and were very rudely greeted by one of the employees with a “wE’Re CLoSInG IN 1 MInUTe!!” To which we responded “You’re closing at 9:53?” “YES!!!” so we grabbed our medicine and were out by 9:55. Got some pretty rude looks the whole time for keeping them open past their premature close.

Awful, Awful, Awful is what I think about the CVS pharmacy and the drive thru. Today, a young lady was rude and spoke with very low tone voice. We can't hear you in the drive thru. She handed me my RX's x4 and not in a bag, and then she didn't tell me that my card was handed to me with the RX's so I thought she didn't give my card back. Usually, they put your RX's and tell you your card is in the bag. She must have been new or something, but seriously don't put these people in the drive thru. Do Better CVS

If I could give a 0 star I would. The young ladies working the drive through are very rude. Example today one of them called me an idiot as I drove away and then yelled out something else as well. The whole time she rolled her eyes and smirked. As I tried to tell her the situation and urgency she cared less. She then tried to give me nasal spray for my daughter which was not even what we ordered. She ordered cream for psoriasis. This place is terrible and not customer service. When you’re dealing with medication and people’s health there is no joking or laughing or time for error or delays. Trust to say I wound be putting my family’s care in your hands! Don’t go here!!

I have to give the cashier Anita the best review because she was so sweet and helped me get a better deal for the jack daniel bottles i was buying and ended up getting the gift set instead, i give it 1 star because im assuming the manager on duty was literally following my daughter and i around thinking we would steal since i was buying a few bottles of wine and liquor, its so crazy there was other people that looked suspicious, disappointed since i typically stop here every morning before work to purchase other things.

I am writing this review because of my experience Lead Pharmacy Technician Sunita - who deserves no less than 5 stars. I had the pleasure of speaking with her regarding my canceled delivery order today and she was phenomenal. Not only was she friendly and patient, but she was also able to resolve the issue. Good customer service is hard to find, and I definitely want to acknowledge hers.I am only reducing my review from 5 to 4 stars because I have to contact this pharmacy many times about the same issues and/or prescriptions, i.e. my entire delivery order getting canceled for no other apparent reason, aside from one of the prescriptions in the order being out of stock.
