I had dental surgery yesterday only 2 blocks away from the Bethany Home and 7st location. I usually go to the location in Gilbert in which I never had issues, but since it was so close to closing, I had my dentist send the prescriptions to the closest location which was Bethany and 7th st. I got to the pharmacy at 7:45 and although my prescriptions were in the man at the counter said that he could fill everything but the Vicodin since they were about to close at 8pm. I told him to proceed with filling the rest and I called my dentist to see if they could send the Vicodin prescription to a 24 hr location. At fault of my dentist office they accidentally canceled the entire thing. Keep in mind, I just left the dentist getting surgery, and I’m in severe pain! Instead of the man behind the counter trying to work with me, he said “well they canceled the order” and began locking up while I stood there on the phone with the dentist office. Even they couldn’t believe they treated me this way. I asked another female employee what the guy name was and she lied and said she didn’t know his name. I had to drive 40 mins to another pharmacy to get my medicine. People in these positions should have more humility.

Thursday May 22nd, 9:55pm. Came in in desperate need of some medicine before they closed. Was going to be in and out! Was refused service by a middle aged woman with glasses. I don’t get the point in saying you close at 10. I showed her my phone that said 9:55 and she shooed me away with her hands! Mouthing, “We’re closed.” The two employees left the building at approximately 10pm. Seemed like they were in a huge hurry. If you’re so lazy and hate your job just work somewhere else. Really disappointed. Just wanted some relief.

No one greeted, employees hiding behind displays and chatting. And refused to check me out. Worst CVS store experience. Go to Walgreens.

I love CVS. You’re always greeted upon arrival. The staff is so helpful not only do they tell you where to locate the product your looking for, but the also walk you their. I am also always able to find what I go in for the shelf is never empty, from eye care solution to Vitamins and body care. I Love CVS

Pharmacist and techs were rude and will not admit fault for mistakes they continuously made when filling a prescription. Happened on multiple occasions. I will be transferring my prescription somewhere else and boycotting this location.

I phoned to discover how to receive an RVS vaccination. The phamacy agent was super pleasant in explaining the walk in procedure. I was greeted warmly and out the door with my shot in less than 20 minutes! Absolutely outstanding and professional customer service with a smile! This should be your CVS too!!

Actually they close 10 minutes before posted time. Got rushed out at 9:50 and we were locked in.

EDIT: THIS. KEEPS. HAPPENING. Took us banging on the window to get someone to come unlock the door at 9:40 so I could drop off my UPS package 🙄🙄🙄
Everywhere says open till 10pm. Got here at 9:45pm to all the doors locked. Spent the next 15 minutes trying to find a phone number to call the store but only found one for the pharmacy. Watched multiple customers come, not get in, and leave. Eventually at 10pm the employees come out, needing to unlock the doors as they exited. Don't understand why youd post 10pm but lock up early even though your employees are there until then. Needed meds for my son that only cvs has. Seriously disappointed.

I have two seperate and completely different experiences to share regarding this location at 7th Street and Glendale Avenue..
I called and spoke to a tech at the pharmacy regarding filling a prescription for my dog.
My specific concern was being able to fill it through the drive through due to my handicap.
I was reassured that it would be no issue.
When I tried to actually do it? The person at the drive through was insistent that I had to come inside and fill out "a profile"
Went to Walgreens-no problem.
Second incident was so bad, I wanted to escalate it-but I'm trying to let it go.
I'm in the drive through, just getting my prescriptions, and out of absolutely no where, the man told me that he was "sorry he was annoying me" in a weird tone. I was so confused I thought I misheard him and said "what?"
and he basically told me I had a nasty face.
I was so stunned I don't even remember the exact words-I reacted by saying "it's just my face"
I was so upset I moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens.
The incident was so bad that I ended up going to Permanent Makeup by Thanya (see my review) to have my lips shaped to improve how others perceive me.

I can't imagine any pharmacy staff being any less helpful or more rude. I never leave reviews like this but I'm truly blown away by the staff at this CVS. Definitely moving my care to the Glendale and 7th St location.

Absolutely worst pharmacy service. Staff is rude, hostile to patients, lines are long, and getting through by phone is impossible.

THE WORST customer service!
Never been to a CVS location as bad as this one! What a horrible service and nasty staff! I came in for moneygram services, was trying to send money overseas. After telling the cashier #1 that I am actually sending money via moneygram she asks me if I am trying to get money order. I told her no, it’s a transfer. She still messed it up and instead of sending the money she gives me the money order. Long story short- they wanted me to take that money order and go cash it somewhere, and then come back and try to do the transfer again. All this time I have a two year old on my arms who’s sick and didn’t sleep all night and kept me up all night obviously. So there’s 3 people now behind the register including the manager standing over there smirking at me and telling me that it’s still my money and I just have to go and cash it like I have nothing better to do. It took a 911 call for them to send one of their employees to go and cash the stupid money order. After finally processing my transfer the cashier #2 doesn’t give me the reference number for the transfer, when I asked her if she even knows how this works, her answer was “ I don’t have to know that!” - yes, dummy, you do!, you work here!
Doesn’t look like they get proper training over there, horrible horrible service!, nasty attitude!

Just left the store, it 9:16 ( 04/17/24)pm and the guy work tonight is very rude and inconsiderate. I asked him a simple customer service question regarding my cvs number and he was very rude and arrogant as he walked away from me with a word. You don't like working with people then jus don't accept the job offer.
