2.5 stars?! How can CVS let a store like this continue to operate?! This place is the absolute worst. How has this staff not been replaced? I am constantly chasing down prescriptions, my provider sends them over, (she knows this place is a problem and leaves notes on the prescriptions) and CVS still doesnt fill them. The app says to call CVS but there isnt even an option to talk to anyone. This is the last time i'll be using CVS for anything.

Truly one of the dirtiest places in the a united states . The sidewalks are always so gross. The carpet at the entrance needs monthly steam cleaning. But, that’ll never happen.

Encountered one of the rudest interaction with a male pharmacy staff at this location. Had a question about insurance issues related to a prescription and he was very short tempered, kept cutting me off mid-sentence, and raised his voice. He was unwilling to listen and help customers resolve issues that is entirely out of their hands. Very unprofessional

8 months straight they never had my medication for my diabetes available on time. Doctor sent over my prescriptions 7 day before it was to be refilled, but they never had it ready. No accountability what so ever. If I could 1/2 a star ⭐️ is more accurate.

The pharmacist, I think Amaal, is so helpful and knows her stuff. My grandma is a slow speaker and I know it’s always busy at this CVS.

CVS, I guess CVS has grown to rely on worthless cash rewards or other gimmicks to attract customers but I have noticed the decline in shoppers over the years where convenience is no longer incentive to pay super high prices with competitive retailers awaiting around every corner, so don’t be fooled by the big red letters

Old Black guy with glasses and curly haired Latina were horrible! Worst customer service ever!!!
Absolutely THE WORST cvs I have ever been to! I am never one to write bad reviews. But oh my god I came here 5 times! 5 TIMES! And each time I was promised that my medication would be processed and ready at a certain time. NEVER WAS IT PROCESSED, everytime I showed up! The final time I came to pick my medication I was told I couldn't be given it because it's past the day I can pick up and will need my doctor to send new papers over so I can pick it up. The guy the day before said it was going to be processed THAT DAY so I will be able to pick up since it was the last day to get it, BUT HE didn't process it that day which resulted in me NOT getting my medication. if I could put 0 stars I WOULD!!! Disgusting workers do better!

You know doing the 5.00 a month with CVS is a no brainer . You pay five and you get 10.00 coupon to use on whatever you want and that's not all the flood you with deals and lots of coupons. The service I got at the 4040 n 19th Ave store was great friendly polite and professional right in and right out.

Had to wait on my prescriptions and need to use the bathroom was told by the cvs staff they don't have public restrooms!!I had to beg !!!can't wait till all these intitled Karen's get shut down!!!the pharmacy people are very professional!!! What about sick people needing to wash there hands????gooo trump
