I am waiting to be attended at the pharmacy. 3 techs looking at me no other customers yet they don’t even acknowledge me. Terrible service. Is there a way to report to access/ Medicare.

I came to this location to get UTI medication. It had said it was received about a hour ago but when I got there it wasn't ready. They weren't really busy and Kayla was the one helping me. She was very kind and fast and told me she would make the medication and it would be right out. I let her know I had a toddler in the car and she said I could drive around.... The situation was handled. Yet Nazim the manager felt the need to but in. He was very stern and impersonal and left a bad taste in my mouth. He did put in a discount to bring my price down lower then what my discount would've given yet at the same time I feel like it wasn't his position to step in because it wasn't needed. It's as if he just wanted it to be known that he had authority and I didn't like that. He then tells me to come back in 20 minutes even though my medication was already ready by Kayla. I drove around and Claudine helped me check out. I didn't have to wait 20 min so no point in him saying this OR stepping in. As a manager let your employees do their job unless they need help. You stepping in was rude and quite frankly it needed. Thank you Kayla for getting me in and out and thank you Claudine for being very kind.

There security guard greeted me but the cashier didn't. He was the only one working up front and he did have a line, so it wasn't really a biggie. The store was clean and stocked, at least for what I was after. Over all a good visit. ?

Had to switch pharmacies, calls are impossible to connect, items not in stock and having to wait. I couldn’t deal with any longer, and I’ve been with CVS for more than 20 years

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever felt with. They are withholding the transfer of my prescriptions yes multiple, as they can not hire and apparently do not have someone that can make a phone call to transfer them to another location. They are literally holding them hostage from me. That is completely ridiculous. You have a pharmacist and several techs. Stop standing around talking and make the call.

08/18/23 at 7:24PM the older white woman working at the front desk denied me when I tried to pick up my package left by ups. I gave her my address and she didn’t bother to look. I called a gentleman from the back working in the pharmacy and he found it his first try. He asked for my ID and proceeded to find it the first time. I understand we all make mistakes but your mistake would’ve cost me not being able to run my business because this is a replacement phone for the one that’s broken. After making the mistake she refused to own up to it but was quick to throw out that she is the manager. Please do better. God bless you.

Rude women on the phone in pharmacy, first it's takes forever to get through all of automated messages then once you get finally getthrough when it just turns 8pm. The rude female comes on and says we are closed call back tommrow. Then click and you can't say anything. I hate this pharmacy but it the only pharmacy that has my daughters meds
