If I could give no stars I would! I went in for a simple purchase! The manager Kristina was such a condescending sarcastic B word! She refused to help had an attitude the entire time and kept making justifications for why she didn’t know how to split payments! She made it a very difficult transaction and was very unprofessional will never shop here again! She needs a reality check on the fact that she can’t talk to whoever however she wants!

The pharmacy is ridiculous 😭 I get my medicine sent every 2 weeks on the same date sent here. They notify me the CVS pharmacy has my medicine but can't fill untill days after. I have epilepsy when I miss a dose of my medicine I have seizures an the pharmacy has no sense of urgency for my request to have my medication same day ready SMH The staff laughs when costumers can't get their meds they literally make me disappointed in the Pharmacy smh

Always clean and organized. I think I just might transfer all my prescription there. Walgreens next door seem to close during the week with no explanation. I needed my medication and they were closed. On 83rd and thomas. Like CVS much better.

Very rude at the pharmacy just because i didnt use the app, and they said i should have known that. Our life depends of these people talking about its too early like if you started working at 6 in the morning. These people are rude and lazy and they sent my much needed prescription down to target

This plan parent hood was nice, I was running late to my appointment for 11 am got there by 11:08 and was done by 11:35, Renita was nice and fast, I recommend them for the people!

The staff is great, Monica is very helpful and kind. Definitely had a great experience. What i Love about this location is that for the most part they will have your medication ready and in stock. Which is a life saver specially when you or the little ones are on need of it.

It says when you look up on Google Maps that c. V. S does passport photos? Not this 1 on 83rd Avenue name Thomas. It should be taken off of Google Maps. If that's the case for that purpose, it shouldn't have that suggestion attached to it highly disappointed because all c. V s's should represent one another. And it shouldn't differ from city to city or county. The county are employees are being appreciated. Is how I see it. I think corporate it needs to show appreciation the same regardless if it's in a nice neighborhood or a rundown neighborhood because things will always run down if you're not taking care of things.

First of all everyone needs to be very careful with this CVS and I mean it very carefully. I have been getting my medications and my family from CVS for over 14 years never have nor had any problems whatsoever until I came to this location which a nightmare ( not all of them, only one individual that thinks that you shouldn’t not disagree with her or else you are no longer welcome here?) I have a right to disagree with anyone as long I didn’t abuse you/ them and express myself any how I wanted. I did this Survey on the app and I answered all based on my personal experience with them on Friday, not knowing I was going to called and informed that I’m not longer welcome to pharmacy at this location ( because I did a false accusation through the Survey?) since when I’m not allowed to express myself? I did waited longer than 20 minutes I have a proof of that. Secondly if you guys are not going to do anything this time, I’m going to open a case against that individual because I don’t feel comfortable being around her. I don’t know how many individuals are going through what I gone through with her, I feel sad for them. They even hanged up the phone on me because I said that not enough reason for them to abandon me from coming to the pharmacy and they don’t have any right to call my personal phone and harassed me. I will save my copy and I’ll email this copy to board of directors. The pharmacist herself I don’t remember her name. I have a video recording from the time I was waiting.

The pharmacist and the technicians are very, very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very quick. They have our medication ready before we even arrive. I am super super impressed by this pharmacy staff not only by there the knowledge that they carry but their willingness to share that knowledge and to provide the very best care and quickly provide medications to patients who are in desperate need. My daughter had an abscess tooth and there is a beautiful African American pharmacist there who is absolutely amazing and she gave me some great advice. Oh boy, did she help me get ahead of that infection and get rid of that swelling? And we basically made that infection kick rocks. She's amazing and I absolutely love and adore CVS and all that they do to help our family!! ???

i went to the store location today on 3/25 around 5:15 pm- 6:00 pm and i was shoved by a black male employee dressed as a female with a wig on and long nails . Im not understanding how i was at the lottery booth and this employee was walking out of the store and shoves me with his purse. there was plenty of room for the employee to walk and this was extremely inappropriate and unexpected from a employee of the store !

They just don't want new business. I tried to have them transfer a prescription from another pharmacy to their location and I was rudely told that unless I am transferring from another CVS, they will take 3 to 4 weeks to get transferred in there because they have stacks and stacks and it's first come, first serve if it is a different pharmacy! There are actually pharmacies out there offering gift cards to people that transfer their meds in so they can get new business, but this location doesn't want it. Well, I called another location and had it transferred and filled the next day!.

Very sad visit. I came to get my prescriptions on Wednesday 12/27. Something to note: my illness has left me temporarily mute. So I either have to write or use ASL to communicate. When I came to the pharmacy counter, I was looking to make eye contact and waved my hand to catch someone’s attention. None of the techs came over and instead just stare at me until the tall woman on shift gave me a “what do you want” to which I then pointed to my throat to indicate I was mute and then signed I needed to pick up. She rolled her eyes and another gentleman came over to the counter to help me and wouldn’t read my phone. I showed him my ID to make things smoother and then proceeded to treat me like I was deaf as well and asked in an obnoxious voice “can you understand what I’m saying?” I really hope the staff really get a grip on customer service as I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life for having a disability.
