The short haired pharmacy assistant "TERRY" is the rudest , most degrading person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. What a total nightmare, she needs to be Fired - she is an instigator. People who are sick and just trying to get their medicine should not have to deal with this. CVS needs to do something about her fast , because her rude treatment of customers is a bad image for the CVS brand. I already reported her to corporate!

This store needs to reopen the entrance at Jefferson and stop cutting employee hours. The fact that I have to walk all the way around to get inside is beyond annoying. And we all know you have the money to properly staff your stores.

Huge CVS location, everything you'd expect in a convenience store and more. Staff is pleasant, though it is strange to see armed security walking around?

Getting here is a struggle bc the traffic and the parking. My prescription was called in 2 days prior and after waiting 45 minutes for the Pharmacy to open at 10 AM on a Sunday (my day starts at 6 so not sure why they aren’t ready to go when the rest of the world is running errands).
I am now told I have to wait ANOTHER 45 minutes for them to fill it. I have other meds I buy and they have some of the highest prices I’ve ever seen.
This pharmacy sucks.. will no longer be doing business here.

This pharmacy SUCKS. They never refill when the prescription is sent-then they assume that because insurance won’t cover the meds that the customer can’t afford them so it’s not filled and they NEVER call to confirm before completely disregarding the prescription request.
Why are they even open?

Every time I come here ( I’m local),there is an issue with a gentleman named Roberto. He is always rude and never wants to offer help. When asked simple questions as far as prices, he gives a half answer and cuts you off. I have arrived there prior to five minutes before closing and there is an issue every single time. I’ve actually heard him reprimanding/talking down to other employees for helping employees at the end of the night. Overall, never a good experience when he is there and definitely not someone I would want representing my team or my company.

All of the team members are amazing! Every time I go to this location, I know someone is going to great me upon entry and exit. A staffer ALWAYS approaches me to ask if I found everything I needed, and the pharmacy folks remember whenever I go to pick up a prescription. I mean, everyone is simply so nice, professional, and focused on whatever their tasks are without missing a beat. Today's visit prompted a review write up because I had a gift card for my purchases and my FSA/HSA card for my scripts and the staffer saw me struggling to use the gift card at the self-checkout and ran over to help me as apparently I need a cashier to use a gift card. Not only did the CVS employee call someone to come open a register to accommodate me, but the cashier was busy helping another customer, so they switched roles and the staffer who saw me struggling went to help the other customer while the presumed cashier or manager then came over to help me checkout with my gift card - woohoo! The simple things... I guess I'm trying to say, their quick action to help both of us idiots with our issues with simply making purchases at the local CVS was really kind and special as most drug store employees do not take the time to show care and concern. I really appreciate the obvious effort these employees put into their job and the store. To top things off, while I was checking out with the lovely cashier, they asked me if I had any coupons, now of course, being a looooong time CVS patron, I had coupons a mile long - The cashier sat there and went through each coupon with me and I was able to find 5-6 coupons that I was just going to ignore. I could not have been happier! Saved plenty. I'll stop rambling, but please know, the employees at this location need to be recognized for their hard work and clear genuine care and concern for their fellow man/woman/person.

PHARMACIST continues the stigma that clean syringes are something only rich and snobby people are allowed to have. Thank you for your kind words of wisdom.

I could not get my rewards account to come up on the self checkout and it was extremely frustrating. However, the young lady that was working did not hesitate to stop and help me. She was very kind and attentive. She made my experience so much better!!
