The service at this pharmacy has consistently gone downhill. They treat you like they are the only place in town. It’s sad because if you had asked me five years ago, I would have highly recommended CVS and this location in particular. Now it feels like no one gives a flip about you and whether you come back.

I’ve been a customer with this location for about a few years now and this will be my last time. I’ve switched to a different CVS pharmacy. I need a medication refill for my baby who is 4 months old who had pink eye. I need another prescription of her eye drop medication. The pharmacist told me I need to get approved by my insurance company to authorize getting another one. They approved over the phone and I heard they told the pharmacist. After that I took forever to pick up my meds. Finally I had to call. He said it was ready. I went straight over since my daughter was crying and in pain. I get to the window since my baby was in her car seat. The pharmacist greeted me but then never came back because there was shortage of employees working and a huge line inside. It was awful! My daughter was crying and I was getting frustrated with this that I had to come in and get the medicine. There was a long line waiting. You all need to get more pharmacy technicians and staff working. It was unprofessional!! The pharmacist who was on duty was rude, no communication, didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing, and didn’t speak a word on English. He shouldn’t be there anymore and you need to fully staff your employees and hire more people. I definitely won’t be back.

This pharmacy contacted me 4 days after the fact that my necessary prescription couldn't be filled, at which point I'd already had to figure this out for myself and contact my doctor personally to have corrected. Zero communication and non functional systems, nothing but problems trying to fill prescriptions here and has been 4h3 case for years. Not even good for a last choice in an emergency.

The older female pharmacist is the rudest least helpful person I've ever had deal with at a pharmacy. Someone like this shouldn't be trusted with people's medications

After 5:30 pm pulled up as the 3rd car at drive through window. It was a long wait at the window due to the car in front of me. When I finally approached the window, a "closed" shade was pulled down. The other cars in line and I had to park and go into the store to wait in line again. Only one clerk helping customers while a female coworker was organizing the shelves & counter. I was told the drive through stays open until 9pm but had to close it at 5:30pm because he was "alone". The other customers and I discussed the poor customer service while waiting. Poor service and management.

Pharmacist and assistant were condescending and rude. Zero customer service. Walgreens was a much better option for me. I will be going to Walgreens from now on.

I was nervous coming to this pharmacy because of the reviews. I didn't have any trouble. I pulled up through the driveway and got my prescription and the person who assisted me was very friendly. My only complaint is it looks very run down and there was a homeless man hanging out by the trash can near the drive thru pick up. He didn't bother anybody though but location/building seems a littleSketchy

I drove up there this morning with my dog in the car only to find the drive-through window closed. So I took my dog home and went back. The drive-though was still closed so I walked in. I stood at the counter for several minutes while 2 pharmacists were busy filling prescriptions. They were so busy, they could not even acknowledge that I was there. So then I sat in the nearby chair, since by back aches when I stand still too long. Then I just got disgusted and left. My wife said I should have said something, but I feel they are the ones who could have said "we'll be right with you, sir. It just makes me angry after getting 3-4 voice mails telling me that there is a prescription ready for pickup.

This used to be a great cvs store to visit. unfortunately, through the years the pharmacy section has changed. I would strongly suggest having a "customer service" training. Perhaps, it'll get a better reputation if People are seen as people not numbers and perhaps their employees are over worked. The non pharmacy area is still doing a good job!

One star , this pharmacy is a joke. Maybe think about hiring people who care about their job and helping people out. Called about a prescription I had been struggling with , rude lady who answered was laughing in my ear, as if annoyed that I was calling again. Being in healthcare/medical fields takes a certain type of compassion and no one here has that, so unless you want to deal with unprofessionalism I consider you go to a different pharmacy.

I just went in for an over the counter medication. Turns out you have to stand in line at the pharmacy to get certain over the counters at this location. While I was waiting, I watched 3 pharmacy staff standing around and talking rudely about the customer they had just finished speaking with. I stood there for 15 minutes and no staff offered to help me. I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else where you won't have to wait and listen to them complain about doing their jobs.

Worst customer service at this store. Associates were acting really weird to do a valid return with a receipt. It took 25 minutes to do one simple return and they make you feel as if you are doing something wrong just because you bought the wrong products. I can't even imagine what they would do if one didn't have a receipt. Very disappointing and dehumanizing way of doing business with loyal customers.
