Good place to go for some quick first aid provisions. Pretty easy to find stuff. Sometimes the store personnel don't seem too friendly but the pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful.

Last Wednesday I was diagnosed with Covid and had a pretty severe case and was prescribed Paxlovid and another new medication I asked for a consult with a pharmacist and all she did was come over punching in a number and say you good I said I guess. little did I know that my urologist gave me a new Prostate medicine 7 days earlier filled at the same pharmacy CVS at Shea and Tatum. This medicine is called ALFUZOSIN Hcl. That evening after taking my first dose of the Covid medicine within 4 hours my blood pressure dropped at 80 over 38 and passed out my wife was able to revive me and pump me full of steroids and sodium to get my blood pressure back up.I proceeded to call CVS corporate expecting them to take it more serious than they have basically all I got oh sir I'm sorry that happened. Today I went into the pharmacy for another batch of covid medicine for my wife told them of the situation and once again I am told is oh I'm sorry.The moral of the story is you have to be smarter than these young medical professionals that are either not trained or just don't care. This could have cost me my life. I am a project manager by trade, and I must project managing all my medical staff because of the countless mistakes at multiple facilities.

Bathrooms were locked and I was told I was not able to use them despite needing to very badly. Attendant was rude and accusatory. She claimed I did not ring up all my items in self checkout lane despite having indeed done so. She accused me before counting to make sure. The outside and inside of the building is filthy despite being in a nice part of Phoenix.

Very clean and well stocked CVS. Both the front end and pharmacy employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They’re always happy to answer questions and go out of their way to assist the customer.

The pharmacist here is an absolute monkey I have several severe heart conditions and this is the only pharmacy that cause problems. I called my insurance to verif what he said and he made it all up

Hours on the store window say they close at 9. Hours on your website say you close at 9.I walked up to the door at 8:58 and your employee wouldn’t let me in.Great customer service

The pharmacy staff has always been great but last night we arrived 20 mins before closing hoping to fill a Rx from an urgent care visit. The Rx had not arrived in his system and my sick 5 year old was already cranky and ready to go to bed. The pharmacist was so kind, and rushed to fill the Rx as the place was closing. He stayed late to ensure we had the medicine we needed.

I was just checking out at their self check out when the machine stopped working and it wouldn't let me continue scanning my items. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come help.The old lady with long grey hair came to fix the machine. But instead she counted all my items to make sure I wasn't stealing. I asked her with as many items I've already scanned if she actually thought I was stealing. She said she wouldn't put it that way.Maybe they should have more people working and not have self check out if she was really concerned.I spent $150. I don't really think I need to steal.I won't give CVS my business again. I know they don't care, but this old lady just ruined it.
