Hands-down, the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I've been battling them for going on 11 months to get two prescriptions filled correctly. Consistently they fill them incorrectly or not at all. Save yourself the aggravation and have your prescriptions filled elsewhere. Walmart at 67th and Happy Valley is worlds better.

WORST Pharmacy location ever I have seen. I could able to reach out to them on phone after 45 minutes, after 4 times call got disconnected. You should know their response, they have 6 calls waiting on the line, she is the only one working. PATHATIC customer experience. I am going to avoid it though it is my neighborhood store. I wish Yelp provide option to give Zero rating.

Extremely disappointed in the service. I have called several times and just placed on hold for 30 minutes+. It sounds like someone picks up the phone and then I'm back on hold. I need a prescription for my son and I had a question, but can't get through. I'll just move my family's prescriptions to Fry's pharmacy. After reading the other reviews from this and other locations doesn't seem like I should even bother trying again or moving to a different CVS location.

They employ pharmacists who are rude cold and uncaring. While the regular pharmacist "Sandy" always provides excellent service, I learned last night through this morning that when she is on vacation, they happily replace her with whomever they can find with a pulse and a diploma. Rudeness is bad enough, an uncaring attitude toward healthcare patients is deplorable.

I should have read the reviews before bringing my prescription here. They are impossible to work with. They don't listen. I had a manufactures coupon for a prescription and I spoke to the manufacture and asked them how to do the coupon because the pharmacist was having a hard time getting it down to zero dollars which is exactly what the coupon is for and the manufacturer told me that the pharmacy just needs to call them and they will walk them through the process to make it zero dollars and every time I stopped in there which was four times. Nobody would listen to me and what I was telling them they were only gonna do it their way and no other way and they will not listen to their customers.Sorry for any spelling grammar and punctuation errors I'm using speak to text.

If you value your life, avoid this pharmacy. I'm not sure where the pharmacist trained, or where she's from, but she doesn't care about people or their medical needs.If you have a problem, don't expect her to help you find a resolution, unless you're of the right color. She will try to gaslight before admitting her mistake and helping customers.She even lied and said her location doesn't offer delivery, but yet I had my prescriptions delivered today. I went to this location four times to get an important prescription for a new diagnosis. I wasn't about to waste my time with this hateful person again.I'm stuck because my place of employment does business with CVS. I have had nothing but terrible issues with Arizona locations, and had a very different experience in Texas.My CVS pharmacist knew me there, and he called me if there was a problem. He also made sure I had the info I needed if there was ever an issue filling a prescription.The CVS pharmacists in Arizona are the opposite. They can care less about clients or their needs. And this location is one of the worst. Good luck!

Regardless of being very busy, Sandy Burger is always professional, efficient, and friendly. What an asset to the company!

Sandy the pharmacist here is great! So is her staff. They are friendly and always willing to help out. As far as people complaining about the hold times on the phone, that's probably due the post Covid staff shortage that we are all experiencing in many businesses across the valley. Don't blame CVS.

Drive-thru is always slow. They need to ask people to go inside if there is an issue with their order. I spent over 25 minutes in line. They spent over 15 minute on one vehicle.

WHY DOESN'T THE PHARMACY ANSWER THEIR PHONES????? I have waited over 45 minutes several times for someone to pick up the phone, and sometimes I've had to just give up and go to the pharmacy to ask a question. When you have someone at home that is sick that is very inconvenient. I have been in the pharmacy several times, and listened to the phone ring for 20 minutes or longer and they are all ignoring it.

Wow! I thought it was just my experience but seeing others highlight the Pharmacy I want to add my experience because it was the worst I've experienced.... Ever!!! I feel bad because I really feel like the girl that provided such a horrible experience has larger issues, but the specific experience she provided me was: did not speak clearly or at an understandable level, was reluctant to take the paper RX i had and said she'd just wait to see if it ever comes from my dr, said they had the medicine in stock but could take a few hour or maybe until tomorrow now ETA. Considering the medicine and RX we needed I would think there would be some ETA so we could take it somewhere else. After no response or text of delivery we returned hours later to get our RX back and take it to a competitor.
