First time using this pharmacy. I'm a previous pharmacy technician and currently work in the Pharmacy Industry. I know how things work. I called because I knew they wouldn't have my information, the person that answered took all my information and then proceeds to tell me nevermind that he'll do it when I come in to the pharmacy because their system is "stupid". I agreed. I show up to the pharmacy, drive thru for convenience as I have a toddler in the vehicle. Person at the drive thru refuses to take my insurance information and asks me to come inside because there is a line of 2 vehicles behind me, entering BIN, PCN, GROUP and Member ID is not difficult to enter in ANY system I have ever used in order to adjudicate. ALSO, all me going inside does is inconvenience me. I go inside, person doesn't know what they're doing so I just gave up. I'll have my provider send my prescription elsewhere.Long story short, I won't be using this pharmacy. Sticking with the lesser of two evils, Walgreeens.

Short staffed in pharmacy. If you send your Rx there today they will not fill it until tomorrow.

Always a hassle in one way or another. Today they put a new prescription on hold. I called to find out why and was on hold for 20 minutes. So I drove to the store and waited in line for another 15 minutes only to be told they couldn't give me a reason for the hold and that I had to wait in another line. After another 10 minutes I was told the prescription could be filled, that there was no problem with the insurance (which had been my suspicion), but they couldn't name as single other reason a prescription might be put on hold.

This place is an absolute joke. Another prime example of the necessity of a 0 star option. I could only get 2/3 of the Rx I NEED because someone forgot to order it. So now I couldn't pick up the other 1/3 till 20 days into the month. They make me wait till I'm out to get the rest now I have been sitting on the phone for 4.5 hours today trying to get ahold of someone and am yet to do so. THIS IS NO EXAGGERATION WHAT SO EVER. 3 hour long calls this morningish and an hour then a half hour call this afternoon/evening and nothing. I'll now need to bus to location just see if they even have it then who knows what will be in store for me then. This very well might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 36 years of living.

This pharmacy shorted me 8 days of pills. When I went in, they acknowledged their mistake. But they didn't have the meds. So I have to come back later. The only reason I went to this pharmacy is because it was a 24 hour pharmacy. My regular pharmacy was closed. So I have to drive an hour out of my way to come here, find out they don't have the pills, and now I have to drive back a different day to get it . This is totally unacceptable unacceptable. I won't go into the health concerns that they caused for me but I was almost hospitalized because of the shortage. I promise I will never come back to this pharmacy. This was so upsetting

I picked up my Rxs for my husband today. Another hit for me at the CVS Pharmacy at 18469 N 7th St in Phoenix. This time I had the pleasure to meet Dorothy. She was very efficient and friendly. That's all I ask for it's not rocket science. I was in and out with my Rx's smoothly. Thank you !

Hannah at 18460 N 7th St CVS pharmacy is phenomenal! She is knowledgeable and friendly and I've had the pleasure to have her help me several times this past week. My insurance is no longer contractual with Walgreens as of 1/1/2023. To move all my husband's and my RX's to CVS was going to take effort but Hannah's expertise and excellent customer service made it quick and easy to do. David the pharmacist is also very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm glad I was able to have such two great people to help the transition go smoothly. A+++ and 10/10 all around for outstanding customer service! Thank you Hannah and David.

I mean yes they don't answer the phone lol but idc the pharmacists are great. Nice and cool every time. They went to school for medicine (not to answer phones at CVS). Maybe let's practice a little gratitude(Not trying to be mean to the other reviewers but like let's think critically. They are smart people working for a **** corporation, anyone in that situation isn't going to be happy)

The Rx management and staff demonstrate professionalism. They have justified my decision to transfer my patronage to this location, from the CVS Rx location at the 19th Ave. and Thunderbird Rd. intersection.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY THE STAFF WILL SHORT YOU ON PILLS Leaving a review for this godforsaken CVS pharmacy, in which I have been shorted pills several times, they don’t answer the phones (I’ve talked to employees who work there they literally are told not to answer) and I haven’t been able to refill one of my medications due to this specific pharmacy. On top of that they deleted my last review and I will be checking regularly to make sure I can keep my review consistent and at one star.

i've been picking up prescriptions from cvs my entire life , and This Cvs is terrible the never pick up the phones, the pharmacist are very rude , and don't like explaining or going over anything, i don't recommend anyone filing a script here it's not worth it :/

I called to refill a prescription, as usual it took them ~10 minutes to pick up, the person on the phone said they would fill it the next day and I would get a text when it was ready. I never got a text, I logged into my account a couple of days later and saw that they had filled it. I went to pick it up and they said that it'd been filled but my insurance was no longer covering it. Disappointed that nobody could notify me so I could call my doctor or insurance /days ago/ when they found out. Now I will be without my medication for probably a few more days while this gets sorted out. This is not the first time my medication has been delayed because of something like this or that I couldn't get through on the phone and had to physically go to the pharmacy to ask them to fill a prescription. Once this prescription is filled I will be switching to another place. Don't come here if you can help it.
