Hours on Google are not correct for the pharmacy as of this review. Only front store hours are posted. Pharmacy opens at 8am-10pm Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Saturdays, and 10am-6pm Sundays. Edit: It looks like the pharmacy has its own Google page under RX drive through I'll see if I can get Google to edit it.

Will try and avoid this location from now on.Attitude adjustment needed ! Proper training in customer service must have been skipped, or forgotten when trained.Pitiful!

This has to be the most poorly managed CVS in the world… dozens of times I’ve had to wait on hold 30+ minutes before even speaking to someone at the pharmacy. They consistently mess up things that cause problems with my medication being filled, and it makes it almost impossible to reliably be able to fill my prescription.Update: I’ve had my doctor call in my prescription again, but the doctor ended up calling me because she had been on hold with the pharmacy FOR OVER AN HOUR. My doctor literally said to me, “this is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my career”…That’s how bad this pharmacy is.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS. If someone needs medication at midnight, it’s urgent and driving around because the hours are wrong are the last thing they want to do.This store closes at 10 pm.The pharmacy doesn’t have medications on regular basis, and they tell you “we will have this on day X” and never do, you end up without medication.It’s a small miracle if they pick the phone up. And no, the pharmacy techs are not lazy they are chronically understaffed!!!Losing your copay cards info is common.The only reason I gave them two stars is that folks are actually friendly and nice, and because they are still a better option than the Walgreens across the street, but that’s a very low bar as that Walgreens is often closed during normal hours because the pharmacist didn’t show up to work ?♀️

A pharmacy customer has a right to clarify the Physician's order or the PA's. Especially if the PA is a new person you have never seen before.At this store you are not allowed to ask the Pharmacist"ANYTHING REGARDING PRESCRIBED Dosage.I was harrarr your RX . Washington was verbally rude . Im going elsewhere.

It is very disappointed with this pharmacy. I didn't get my meds on time for four days. Because it was back order and they don't have time to take care every bodys order!!

Went to pickup my scripts during their regular open hours. When I arrive there is just a sign that says it's closed. That's it. Nothing else. Had to go back to my doctor and have them send the script somewhere else.

Incredibly slow at filling prescriptions. I called to check the status of a prescription submit 5 hours ago via the phone. They still have not started it and didn't have any inclination to fill it, despite my best effort to explain the urgency.

Have been going to the desert ridge pharmacy for a few years now and have always been blown away by the pharmacy manager and the staff there. Very helpful and friendly!

Slow,Was told in the am that prescription would be filled and ready by 3pm.Came in at 3:30, not ready. Pharmacist denied our prior conversation.Said come back in 30 minStill waiting. Moving scripts to cosco

Absolute worst experience of my life. Called the pharmacy 4 times, over an hour and a half (yes, really); about 18 different prompts (asking if I want the pharmacy 3 times), to sit on hold for 20 mins, have the pharmacy answer and then hang up. Four times in a row!I called the front desk and explained, asking if they could walk back there, they couldn't have cared less, transferred me to someone else at the front who hung up on me. Better off wasting your time driving to a different store. Save the stress and frustration.
