I'm really sad to have to write this review because I truly enjoy CVS Pharmacies. Even though this is the closest Pharmacy to my home, I will no longer be visiting this location.
I went on Sunday afternoon with my mother to pick up hair care, make up and some denture repair products and we accidentally used the self check out that doesn't accept cash.
The employee working was just standing by the check out line but when I turned to find him he was nowhere to be found. I then proceeded to go towards the aisles and he was headed my direction.
I very politely said "excuse me sir could you help me?"
This employee then proceeded to completely pretend not to see or hear me even though he had to step around me to ignore me.
"I said excuse me, I am speaking to you sir,can you help us at self checkout?"
The employee, Joe, then proceeds in a rude and condescending tone, without even looking at me to say " you don't see I'm already over here doing it?"
Joe snatches everything of the self checkout and proceeds to the check out contour without even acknowledging my mother or I.
This is not the first time I am treated poorly by this specific employee, Joe.
I now question the reasoning behind Joe's behavior deeply because when my white husband visit this store, he has told me he has been treated with respect and was helped by Joe.
Why is it the Joe has a specific problem with me? I am polite and come to this store to spend money. The only difference between my husband and I, are the color of our skins.
If you are a person of color, I highly recommend not shopping at this store because it has come to my attention you will be treated disrespectfully by Joe.
Cvs pharmacy, if you guys truly care about your customers and their experiences at your franchise, I really hope you take time to talk to, educate and train your employees against discrimination and how yo provide customer service.
Especially Joe.
Joe, if you read this review, I want you to know I am praying for you and that one day you can be happy with yourself. Being miserable is no excuse to treat a polite customer the way you have treated me.

This store has a great staff! I enjoy shopping with Aliyah (Liam), Joe, John, Victoria and Kelli and Jonathan in the pharmacy. These employees are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to make my husband and my shopping experience a pleasant one. Ken Akers

The staff at this CVS are wonderful. They know the true meaning of customer service. They are always willing to help with whatever you need and do it with a smile. Jonathan in the pharmacy is a prime example of this. His happy smiling demeanor always Makes my day a little brighter. The ladies at the front register are so helpful. I always have a lot of coupons and they never mind. They’re just happy that I’m saving money.

Went into cvs to get feminine pads as the unexpected happened. I grabbed the bag and pulled one out to run to the restroom and my finance was going upfront to pay for it. Michael, who followed us as soon as we walked in labeling us without knowing, saw the open bag and snatched it out of my hands! I asked for location of restroom and he clearly heard what we were doing as my fiancee was about to walk to register to pay for them. If I didn't need them I would of just walked out the store for how this person acted towards us but I had to change clothes and all and you can see it was an emergency and just makes me think that he lacked of mother love for not showing any sympathy whatsoever. Most rude and unprofessional person I've met! Will definitely not be stopping at this store and I will keep telling this story so my circle doesn't either!

This review is about a rude employee - a man named Taylor who works at the pharmacy. I went there to pickup a prescription for my 79-year-old mother. The way this man treated me was rude, disrespectful, and most importantly uncharacteristic for someone in healthcare business. I think this rude man has no place in healthcare industry. He was argumentative and adamant not to help to resolve my issue. There was another kind lady who offered some support and resolved my problem. This rude man was still barking at me as I was walking away. His last words were: "You were running your mouth and now you are walking away." I am also complaining to CVS corporate in details. This man is an accident waiting to happen and likely will someday be a liability for CVS. Not everyone would be as patient as I am!

I just wanted to give a quick thank you to the women at the store who helped me with my print order. I placed an online order that didn't print to the standards I was expecting and not only did they let me replace them for free but they went out of their way to help me in the process. Great experience & great employees!

I am so grateful for the two women at this CVS that helped me from what could have been a potentially dangerous situation.
I came into CVS in the evening for two things, to stop at the ATM and pick up a prescription. As I waited in line for the ATM a homeless man came in and began to corner me. He was speaking to me incoherently and kept physically trying to box me in. I finally walked away to the pharmacy. When finished at the pharmacy I realized that the man was following me around the store.
I shouted for the man to stop following me and the woman at the pharmacy stepped in and walked me to the ATM, which he then ran out the store. I did not get her name, but she made sure that I felt comfortable and was safe. Then front cashier Kat stood by the ATM for me to complete my transaction and walked me to my car and waited until I pulled off.
I am thankful for these two women for not standing by and allowing this man to follow me around the store. I hope that CVS moves the ATM away from the door.

Pharmacy is horrible! They have horrible customer service. Say one thing on the phone and then you get there and say something different. No accountability! I have used this pharmacy for the past five years and not sure what changed but this last month has been horrible.

Horrible customer service in pharmacy and lack of follow through timely filling prescriptions that have limited timeframe in which they can be filled.

You need to check prices before using CVS Pharmacy. They charged me 5x more than Costco for the same presciption.Staff was not helpful and rude when I questioned the cost.

I just wanted to take a few minutes and provide a review for CVS at3210 E Union Hills and N 32st Street. I was so grateful to have this store built on my corner shortly after purchasing my home. I frequently pop in to pick up things and am greeted with a smile or a wave. All staff are happy to leave what they are doing and assist me especially if I am in a hurry. I want to thank the new manager, Jason, and all the staff for always being there for my sister and me and helping the seniors of the neighborhood. Thank you for the great care and assistance.
