I've come noticed the tall skinny light skin girl is very bias. She talks so sweetly, has high energy and only has good customer service is when the customer is African American, I watched her deal with many customers and if it's not a AA person, she has an attitude, very poor customer service ? she is the rudest person I've seen and interacted with at a CVS, since the last visit I'm choosing to never go to this location again.

very rude pharmacist. i had went through the drive thru to get my prescription for BIRTH CONTROL, and they told me they couldn't prescribe me any more because I had *supposedly* received a pack of 4 the month prior. on may 14th when i picked up my bc, i had only received ONE pack (one month dose). the pharmacist then starts yelling at me, saying he will not prescribe me the medication, and accusing me of lying about needing more pills. i told him i wouldn't be there if i had pills , and he proceeds to rudely ask if i "forgot and left them at home". why else would i be at the pharmacy picking up my medication? I would understand if i was asking for narcotics, but i'm asking for BIRTH CONTROL. i needed my birth control on sunday and it wouldn't be ready until Friday. Aaron , the pharmacist, was very disrespectful. definitely switching pharmacies.

This pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star. My doctor called in a generic medication which would have cost me $25. Instead they make up some hog wash story about why they had to fillIt with name brand for $142. Mind you they didn't notify me or the physician. I'm moving my prescriptions. I'm exhausted dealing with this type of incompetence and unprofessionalism.

This has to be worst Pharmacy!!! They are so beyond rude! They seriously lack customer service! We had received a text saying there was an issue with our insurance so my husband calls and held the line for 35 mins to have a pharmacy associate pick it up say what and hung up. Everytime you go in there you get attitude! I hate that my insurance uses them because this is the closest to me! Idk who manages this place but they need to take a real good look at the situation here it's terrible every time!

The Pharmacy has HORRIBLE customer service. This is the seventh time I have called them in the last 4 months with NO answer. Sat on the phone for 30 to over an hour at time. Today I go up there. They don't show I have a prescription. I ask that they call My doctor's office about it because my doctor told me they sent the script in twice. my doctor is expecting their call, the pharmacist says that he doesn't have time to call the doctor. Please note my doctor also called Pharmacy and NEVER got through either. I will be issuing a complaint.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. I've been followed to the parking lot because the security THOUGHT I took something that I left on a different rack. Just yesterday I waited 25 min on the phone for someone to pick up so I drove there. The pharmacy tech told me I didn't have a prescription and when I insisted I did he magically found it. The dr sent it in at 9am. He told me I could wait inside for 20 min. I told him I would come back instead. He said I would get a text when it was ready. I waiting until 8:50pm to pull up to the drive through because they close at 9 and still had not gotten a text. If my insurance allowed me to get prescriptions anywhere but CVS. I would never return here! This place is a joke! I would give them negative starts if that were possible.

I have been coming to this pharmacy since they built it. I have noticed that prescriptions were being heavily delayed to fill. When I call, (this is what I have noticed for the past 3 months) you will be on hold for 30+ minutes before you speak to someone live. Online orders are stuck on "processing" status (11 days stuck on one now). I spoke to a tech about this and he told me that CVS cut employees from the pharmacy to save money. They are severely understaffed. He told me that they are 11-15 days behind in fills. If you don't show up or call requesting status, they will sit there in que until they are able to fill it because of how short staffed they are. I was told that CVS/Caremark is not thinking of hiring more staff until mid next year (2020). I was advised that if an Rx is urgently needed, it's best to choose a different chain pharmacy as this the budget cuts/employee cuts is mostly what has happened to most CVS' (except the 24 hr ones). Even being patient with them, and giving up my time chasing my family's Rx's, I still sometimes get attitude from the pharmacy workers. I understand that they are overworked, and there is nothing they can do about it, but enough is enough. After many years of being a loyal customer, I will be changing all of my family's Rx's to another place. I hope that CVS recognizes what it has done to their customers and what they are doing to their poor, stressed out and overworked pharmacy employees.

This is probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I waited in line for about seven minutes without anybody even asking if I needed help after the technician told me that my prescriptions were not ready yet even though I put them in a week prior to me picking them up I don't think I'll be going back there again

This is for CVS pharmacy located at 67th Ave and Lower Buckeye Rd. It takes a week, yes a week, that is 7 days or more to get a prespcription refilled. I have spoken with 5 separate people beginning June 18th and have yet to get a return call. I have requested one each time and been told I would receive a call back within 24 to 48 hours. Today is July 22nd and I still have not received a call. I think that is longer than the 24 to 48 hours I was told. But perhaps my math is wrong. Now they are requesting I call them, again, and remain on hold for an hour each time. No thank you. The problem is they have 2 pharmacist and that is all. Let's look at this. They are open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. They have 2 pharmicists at the 67th Ave and Lower Buckeye Rd location. That is not nearly enough to cover 7 days a week or 14 hours a day. The pharmacists are great but extremely overworked. They need help. There are over 1500 houses going up in less than a 2 mile radius and the freeway extension on the I-10 is scheduled to open in October. 4.5 miles from the freeway. This all serves to increase traffic to the location and further slow the rate of refills. I have brought this to their attention 5 times and they don't seem to care. I am currently pricing my prescriptions at different pharmacies in the area because, Fry's, Walmart, Walgreen's and Costco don't seem to have this problem. They are under the impression because I have CareMark I will continue to use them. My purpose at the moment is to spread the word, contact our insurance carrier, and find a different pharmacy. One that actually cares. Good luck to all.

I recently went in again and oh so helpful Andrea and Berto are. They went beyond to help me find mayonnaise for me although the store was busy this morning they took the time to go to the back and look for some. They really are so kind!!

When you walk in and are recognised by name at the pharmacy, it's a nice feeling that they get to know their customers so well. I've always had fantastic service there.
