CVS Pharmacy is a neighborhood pharmacy providing prescriptions and everyday essentials, with most locations open seven days a week, including nights and weekends. The pharmacy team is there to offer advice and help look for savings on prescriptions. Some reviews note excellent customer service, with staff described as helpful, patient, kind, and awesome. Specific interactions highlight team members who answer questions, help find the best options factoring in insurance, provide thorough explanations about medications, and handle issues with flexibility and problem-solving skills. This helps support the health and wellness needs of customers. However, other reviews point to significant frustrations. These include problems with prescription supply management, persistent errors with personal details like addresses, issues with account logins, and objections to receiving advertising texts. Some customers feel the service can be inefficient and deem certain promotional practices an intrusion of privacy.
Polite customer service associate. Because only one was present, the line was very long. I waited about 15 minutes for 3 people in front of me.

The CVS Pharmacy inside Target is the best.
Caitlyn was helpful, patient and kind. They’ve answered all questions and helped me find the best options factoring insurance, generic options etc. Highly recommend this team and location.
