Juan was unable to provide me a solution to my problemStill happy with the interaction.. He took the time to make sure there wasn't anything else left unsaid that may be useful to me. I often find carrier store employees unwilling to give out info that could result in a no sale situation. Instead homie just gave me all information I asked and displayed a stellar balance of friendly and down to business. Give this man your business if you use cricket! THANKS JUAN!

The manager Dulce was so helpful and patiently explained to us the answers to all of our questions. She was also willing to go the extra mile and help us with going on line because we were not sure how to get the information we needed. We highly recommend working with this location.
