Stopped in with only a few minutes of lunch left. Diana handled my issue very quickly and was informative and friendly. Great customer service, fast, and satisfied with the result of my visit. I got my plan updated to one that better fits my needs, plus got a couple of unexpected extras with the upgrade.

Today was the second time I’ve come in to this store about 20 minutes before closing to simply make a payment. Today is the second time I was told, “My system is down. I can’t take a payment.” Both times there was at least one gentleman who was waiting in the store talking to the clerk. He did not appear to be a customer. This seems very suspicious to me. I certainly hope that it is not acceptable for clerks to turn away payment. I also hope it is not acceptable for clerks to do their store closing procedures early and then tell customers the system is down just so they can get out at 8:00 sharp. Not good business and I’m very disappointed. Perhaps I should go where they want my money.

Having trained customer service reps in the past, I would have loved to use your staff as an example of what NOT to do. I dealt with 2 staff members. I can tell that they view the customer, at best, as an inconvenience in their lives. But the young lady from S. America is probably one of the worst at customer interaction. I know you need a Spanish speaking counter person, but shouldn't they also have a working knowledge of English? I would ask very specific questions slowly enough that she should have been able to understand, but not in an insulting way. She would roll her eyes and make disgusted faces when I'd rephrase the questions. I think this was a defense mechanism for the fact that she doesn't understand. And some of the answers she did give turned out to be just wrong. I respect you, as an owner, for doing more than the competition. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. You open earlier and close later than other locations. That's convenient. But from now on, if I have to go to a Cricket store I'll wait an extra hour in the morning or go an hour earlier in the evening, just to try a different location. Cricket might be the low-cost provider, but it doesn't have to have the low-quality customer service. Southwest Airlines is the universal example of the fact that a company can be low-cost and still have exceptional service. The young lady from S. America might be a customer service goddess in Spanish. But in English she's as close to useless as I've seen in a long time.

It's a Cricket store. Not much to say. This location is primarily spanish speaking but I've always left with what I needed so that's all that matters.

Best deal for phone I wanted, Great communication,ordered on Fri at 7pm and got as advised on sat at 9.30 am! Superb delivery service considering I live on the Isle of Wight!, would definitely use them again.
